Antivirus 2009

Bonjour,

J'a depuis ce matin une fenêtre internet qui s'ouvre sans arrêt de Antivirus 2009, qui me trouve plusieurs fichiers infectés et me demande detélécharger av2009.exe pour désinfecter. Je n'arrive pas à m'en débarrasser. De plus j'ai un certain nombre de fenêtres publicitaires qui s'ouvrent intempestivement.

Que puis-jefaire pour éradiquer ce problème?
Je suis sous VISTA.
