l infection est toujours là :s

fais ceci stp :

télécharge combofix (par sUBs) à cette adresse :

(c est le numéro 5 en bas de la page) : https://www.androidworld.fr/

et enregistre le sur le Bureau.


désactive tes protections et ferme toutes tes applications(antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)

envois le rapport et ensuite refais un nouveau rapport hijackthis stp

ca a l air bon je ne vois plus d infections...

relance hijackthis en cliquant sur scan only et coches ces lignes stp :

puis tu cliques sur fix checked.

vas faire les mises à niveau de java et adobe reader à ces adresses :

adobe reader XP : https://get2.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/

et ensuite désinstalle les versions antérieures.

est ce que tu as encore des problemes ??

OK j'ai fait les mises à jours ,mais j'ai toujours des problèmes de bruits qui sont indépendant du ventilateur.

PS : je remarque que avast est toujours la et je voudrais l'éffacé, pourrais tu m'aidé stp ?

vas désinstaller avast par le panneau de configuration...

ensuite fais une recherche sur ton pc en allant par démarrer => rechercher...tape avast, recherche, et supprime tout ce qu il trouve ??

Tu voudrais bien installer quoi comme antivirus ??

SLT, geoffrey5 mais c'est à partir du pc d'un ami que j'ai ouvert le deuxième topic, qui à le meme genre de problème que moi, en ce qui concerne le miens je serais demain chez moi et je pourrais continuer tes instructions, je te remmercie encore une fois pour ton aide.
