sa veut pas le faire sa me dit hijackthis is about to remove a BHO and coresponding file from your system .close all internet explorer windows AND all windows explorer windows before continuing for the best chance of success

Je sais pas si ton helper est toujours là ce soir, un bout d' explication en passant.
Ta fenêtre tout en anglais te dis que tu te sert pas de hijackthis comme il faut.
Un des helpers de CCM a mis sur son blog perso une explication,( merci à lui) qui commence par :
tu n' a pas mis hiackthis ou il faut , une commande comme "nettoyer le bureau" peut virer la sauvegarde.
solution réinstaller hijackthis avant de fixer.
La fenêtre te dit aussi, tu dois fermer toutes les fenêtres de Internet explorer et de windows explorer et tous tes documents sinon ça marche pas. le reste est sur la page du blog.
Et ne fixes rien d' autre que ce que ton helper t' a demandé de fixer. Si ca peut aider.
