Bonjour,
me revoila sur le site avec encore des souci sniffffff  impossible d'ouvrir internet explorer .j'ai aussi une alerte du centre de sécurité en me disant mauvais fonctionnement de mon anti virus est ce lier?

Bon télécharge MalwareByte's Anti-Malware

- Mets-le à jour;
- Crée un raccourci sur le bureau;
- Redémarre le PC, après que l'écran du BIOS soit apparu, tapotes F8...
- Sélectionne "Mode sans échec";
- Démarre MalwareByte's et  fais un scan complet...
-  Redémarre en mode normal et envoie le log...

Ok, je pense pour le problème d'Internet Explorer qu'un fichier aurait été endommagé, mais cela se révèle embêtant car les mises à jour se font par le biais de ce navigateur... Hum...


Infection par Trojan
		
Télécharger HijackThis, l’enregistrer dans C:/program files et lui créer un dossier que vous devrez choisir quand il vous demandera le chemin d'installation, faire "Do a system scan and save log, et poster le log sur le forum.
Télécharger SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et le sauvegarder sur votre Bureau. 
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe 
Double-clic sur SDFix.exe et choisir Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarrer votre ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici : 
• Redémarrer votre ordinateur 
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapoter la touche F8 (une pression par seconde). 
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître. 
• Choisir la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuyer sur "Entrée". 
• Choisir votre compte. 
Dérouler la liste des instructions ci-dessous : 
• Ouvrir le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double-clic sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script. 
• Appuyer sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage. 
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis vous demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer. 
• Appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC. 
• Votre système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers. 
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished. 
• Appuyer sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de votre Bureau. 
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt. 
• Enfin, copier/coller le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum, avec un nouveau log Hijackthis

Pour le problème d'Internet explorer, j'ai trouvé un document pour le réinitialiser...

"Méthode à suivre si vous avez Internet Explorer 7
Si vous avez Internet Explorer 7, vous pouvez réparer les fichiers endommagés ou les informations d'enregistrement manquantes dans Internet Explorer 7. Pour ce faire, procédez comme suit :
1.	Démarrez Internet Explorer 7.
2.	Dans le menu Outils, cliquez sur Options Internet.
3.	Sous l'onglet Avancés, cliquez sur Réinitialiser.
4.	Dans la boîte de dialogue Réinitialiser les paramètres d'Internet Explorer, cliquez sur Réinitialiser pour confirmer votre choix. "

Hum... Que faire? As-tu déjà installé le SP3? Cela réglerait peut-être le problème, car on ne peut pas restaurer car la plupart des virus qui étaient sur ton PC sont dans les fichiers de restauration... Restaurer le système reviendrait à le réinfecter...

... C'est embêtant, arrives-tu encore à avoir les mises à jour? C'est le seul problème qui m'inquiète... Sinon si tu arrives à avoir les mises à jour il te faudra garder Firefox pour le surf habituel...

pourles mises a jour je ne sais pas
mais il a fallut que je désinstalle mon imprimante et la réinstalle je ne sais pas si c'est lié mais je ne pouvais plus imprimer.

et depuis que je l'ai supprimer il me met erreur impossible d'installer internet explorer et mon pc n'arrete pas de planter
et que pense tu de le reparamétrer en sorti d'usine?
