You go to Wii in the bottom left, I believe, then to Wii Settings, click twice on the right arrow to scroll through the page, and there you will find Format the console ^^

Salut, en fait j'ai un problème avec ma Wii : quand je mets mon disque pour le jeu, ça dit "désolé, nous ne pouvons pas lire ce disque, consultez le mode d'emploi pour plus de détails", un truc dans ce goût-là. Qu'est-ce que je peux faire ?

I have more or less the same problem as "dav" but the issue is with the remote control:
none of them want to work anymore so I was wondering how to reset (or format) it on the Wii without using a Wii remote...

Hello...

Maybe if there's no image/sound, the cable is faulty, right?! ;)

Try changing the port on the TV or testing with another cable... (whether it's SCART, YUV, RGB, etc...) - if it's a new generation TV, do the same; try other outputs...

Otherwise, regarding the remote control, it must be desynchronized...
Next to the batteries of the remote, there's a red button.
Under the Wii console, there's a hatch with a red button & the slot for the SD: press both for at least 5 seconds and release, it will resynchronize them... ;)

And to reset: no, it will just remove the hack and update to the current version (4.3)

Formatting a hacked console is very risky: bricking at worst, loss of the hack and update at best (which seems to be what you're looking for)

Otherwise, doing an update is also possible; it removes all the hack and the console is "clean" at the iOS level.
