Fonds d'écran disparu trojan

Très bien, ton rapport ne montre plus de trace d’infection !

Avant de retourner surfer sur internet, il y a quelques petites choses que tu dois faire pour finir le nettoyage et améliorer sensiblement la sécurité de ton ordinateur, ça t'évitera peut-être de devoir revenir ici avec une nouvelle infection dans le futur ;) Mais sache qu'aucun logiciel de sécurité ne te protègera à 100%, ce qui fait la différence, c'est ta vigilance lorsque tu télécharges ou installes quelque chose : pour en savoir plus, je t'invite à bien lire la page indiquée tout en bas de ce message (6).

1) Relance Hijackthis (pour la dernière fois), fais "scan system only" et coche ces lignes (pas dangereuses mains inutiles) :

Ensuite, clique sur "Fix checked"

2) Télécharge ToolsCleaner sur ton bureau pour nettoyer l'ordi de tous les outils qu'on a utilisé :
ftp://ftp.commentcamarche.com/download/ToolsCleaner2.exe
installe-le normalement, puis lance-le.
Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se finir.
Cliquez sur Suppression pour nettoyer.
Tu peux aussi supprimer les fichiers temporaires.
Ensuite, supprime manuellement ToolsCleaner (mets le à la corbeille).
S'il ne supprime pas tout (ex : Combofix), supprime toi même ce qui reste.

3) Sécurise ton ordinateur

- Logiciels de sécurité :
Tu as PC Tools comme pare-feu et Spybot comme antispyware, mais je ne vois pas d'antivirus sur ton rapport hijackthis... Si tu n'en as pas, je te conseille vivement d'en installer un ! Avira Antivir est un très bon antivirus gratuit, tu peux trouver un lien pour le télécharger et un tutoriel pour t'aider à l'utiliser ici : https://www.malekal.com/avira-free-security-antivirus-gratuit/

- Pour naviguer sur internet plus en sécurité et à l’abri des publicités, je te conseille d’installer l’extension « AdBlockPlus » avec ton navigateur Firefox. Voir ici :

- Adobe Reader n’est pas à jour, c’est une faille de sécurité. Désinstalle le en allant dans menu démarrer --> panneau de configuration --> ajout/suppression de programmes. Puis télécharge et installe la nouvelle version depuis cette adresse : https://get2.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/

4) Télécharge et installe CCleaner (attention à l'installation, pense à DECOCHER l'installation de Yahoo toolbar discrètement proposé en plus de CCleaner) : https://www.01net.com/telecharger/windows/Utilitaire/nettoyeurs_et_installeurs/fiches/32599.html

Utilise la fonction Nettoyeur de ce logiciel, puis la fonction Registre plusieurs fois de suite pour effectuer des nettoyages (tu peux garder ce logiciel et l'utiliser régulièrement).

5) Pour finir le nettoyage, il faut désactiver puis réactiver la restauration système (pour créer un nouveau point de restauration sain et éviter le retour de l'infection).

* Fais un clic droit sur poste de travail (qui est sur ton bureau ou dans le menu démarrer), puis propriétés.
* Sélectionne l'onglet restauration du système
* Coche l'option Désactiver la restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs
* Clique sur OK.

Puis refais la manipulation inverse pour réactiver la restauration système.

Je ne suis pas 24h/24 devant mon ordinateur, et j'aide plusieurs personnes en même temps, sois patient stp.

Télécharge et installe Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware : http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe
- A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option « mettre a jour Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware » soit cochée
- Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware, laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger et referme le programme

Redémarre en "Mode sans échec" : redémarre ton ordinateur et tapote sur la touche F8 jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows, et sélectionne "Mode sans échec".
Choisis ta session habituelle

Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
- Puis va dans l'onglet "Recherche", coche "Exécuter un examen complet" puis "Rechercher"
- Sélectionne tes disques durs" puis clique sur "Lancer l’examen"
- A la fin du scan, clique sur Afficher les résultats puis sur Enregistrer le rapport
- Suppression des éléments détectés --> clique sur Supprimer la sélection
- S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer, clique sur Yes

Bon j'ai essayé malwarebytes en md sans échec mais l'analyse m'aurai pris toute la journée donc je l'ai lancé en redémarrant normalement le pc, j'ai supprimé la séléction (environ 50) et voila le rapport:

Le problème, c'est qu'en mode normal, MalwareByte's n'a pas pu supprimer certains fichiers infectés... enfin de toute façon on va finir le travail avec Combofix.

1) poste un nouveau rapport hijackthis stp

2) Fais exactement ce qui suit :

Télécharge ComboFix (de sUBs) sur ton Bureau (et pas ailleurs !) :
Fais un clic droit sur ce lien et choisis "enregistrer la cible sous ... " : dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre tape C-Fix, choisis le bureau comme destination et valide : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

Appuie sur la touche Y (Yes) pour démarrer le scan .

Attention : n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.
---> si un message d'erreur windows apparait à un momment : clique sur la croix rouge en haut à droite de la fenêtre pour la fermer

Le rapport sera crée dans: C:\Combofix.txt , poste le ici stp

J'ai retrouvé mon fonds d'écran et a priori plus de pop up.
A première vue tout va bien. :)

Je te remercie pour ton aide rapide et complète.

Concernant l'antivirus j'avais avast mais j'ai lu que antivir était meilleurs je l'ai doc installé seulemnt avce le virus un message se déclenché sans cesse sans possibilité dele supprimer j'ai donc enlevé tout antivirus pendant toute la "désinfection" mais je vais m'empréssé dans ajoouté un maintenant que mon PC est clean.
Voila tout et encore merci.

De rien, c'était un plaisir de t'aider, n'hésite pas à revenir en cas de besoin.

Pour l'antivirus, je comprends. Tu aurais pu tout simplement désactiver Antivir plutôt que le désinstaller complètement, mais bon, tu vas juste perdre quelques minutes pour le réinstaller, c'est pas dramatique ;)
