Hello, I would like to know if PC game controllers are compatible with Gears of War on PC. Thanks to everyone who answers

      I own the game and I have a PS2-style controller from BigBen:
      I got burned because GEAR OF WAR can be played with a mouse/keyboard but generally in games I use the controller and I replace the keyboard keys with the controller buttons using the XPADDER software and it runs nickel on all games (Call of Duty, Hitman, Max Payne.....)

      GEAR of War detects my controller as an Xbox controller and even if I configure my keyboard keys, it identifies the controller as an XBOX one, except that no button corresponds and as soon as I plug in the controller the character spins in circles like Pollux!

      If you don’t have a true Xbox controller or a generic one, another controller doesn’t seem to work on the new Microsoft games these days (the Games for Windows)
