Antivirus 2009 fenêtres persistantes

Bonjour,

J'ai une fenêtre d'antivirus 2009 qui continue d'apparaître à mon écran. J'ai déjà un antivirus Avast édition familliale donc je ne trouvais pas ca normal. Après recherche j'apprends que ce peut être un virus. Je ne connais strictement rien aux ordis. Est-ce que quelqu'un peut m'aider?

    telecharge ici https://www.clubic.com/telecharger-fiche17891-hijackthis.html
    Lance Hijackthis en double cliquant sur Hijackthis.exe (Hors connexion internet !),
    Clique sur “Do a systemscan and save a log file”
    Un fichier texte est créé.
    Copie colle son contenu dans ta réponse.

      J'ai exécuter le programme Malwarebytes et voici le rapport après exécution, est -ce que vous pensez que tout les virus et les spyware ont été enlevés?

    c'est en anglais, mais efficace.

    Ton antivirus 2009 se manifeste comment, une fenêtre qui s'ouvre quand tu surf, elle bloque quelque chose , grosse sirène avec lumière qui clignote (Starsky et Hutch!) ou juste une fenêtre intempestive?

      J'ai 2 icones en bas à droite, les fenêtres s'ouvrent régulièrement me demandant de télécharger leur logiciel et qu'il y a 219 infections dans mon ordi et une bulle apparait des icones à droite me disant que mon ordi n'est pas protéger.

      Le spyHunter 3 me dit qu'il me reste 180 infections mais pour les enlevés il me faut acheter le programme, est-ce qu'il y a une autre solution car je n'ai pas de carte de crédit?

      Il s'agit ni plus ni moins de ce qu'on appelle plus communement d'une publicité mensongere: un pop up qui te sort que ton ordi est infecter, il l'analyse avec un pseudo programme qui analyse rien du tout et te dit que tu dois acheter ce programme pour virer la merde.

      Pas besoisn de l'acheter, le seul truc c'est qu'il faut l'enlever.

    Ah, chui de retour provisoirement. Si tu as chopé une vrai crasse, suis les conseils de Sherred. Sinon, tu peux suivre le lien de Varfendell, le site est en anglais mais assez accessible ( même moi...) et plein de captures d'écran. Fais-le, c'est plus agréable la vie sans ces faux logiciels. ( des merdes, oui!)
