Probleme spyware

Bonjour, je m'appelle Yanas, j'ai attrappé trois virus, grace a spybot, j'en ai supprimé deuxmais il reste un Spyware qui contamineDSO Exploit.
Comme description, il est indiqué: "There's a security hole in IE allowing websites to execute code without asking you first"
Voila, si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider?????
