Télécharge hijackthis sur ton bureau : 
http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 159 hijackthis

Installe le (C:\Hijackthis), lance le et clique sur "Do a system scan and save a logfile". 
Fais un copier-coller du rapport entier sur le forum

On va commencer par utiliser SmitfraudFix : 
http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe 

- Enregistre-le sur le bureau 

- Double-clique sur SmitfraudFix.exe et choisis l'option 1 puis Entrée 

- Un rapport sera généré, poste-le dans ta prochaine réponse stp.

Ok, maintenant, démarre en mode sans échec : 
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du PC sans t’arrêter (avant le logo windows) 
Un menu va apparaitre, déplace-toi avec les flèches du clavier sur Démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape Entrée. 
Une fois sur le bureau, s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres, c’est normal ! 

Relance le programme SmitfraudFix. 
Cette fois, choisis l’option 2, répond oui à tous; 
A la fin, sauvegarde le rapport, redémarre en mode normal, copie-colle le rapport sauvegardé sur le forum.


P.S : tu n'auras pas accès à internet en mode sans échec, enregistre ces conseils sur ton bureau ou imprime les pour pouvoir les consulter si besoin ;)

Ok, maintenant on passe à MalwareByte's

Télécharge et installe Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware :  http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe
- A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option « mettre a jour Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware » soit cochée 
- Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware, laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger et referme le programme

Redémarre en "Mode sans échec" : redémarre ton ordinateur et tapote sur la touche F8 jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows, et sélectionne "Mode sans échec".
Choisis ta session habituelle

Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware 
- Puis va dans l'onglet "Recherche", coche "Exécuter un examen complet" puis "Rechercher"
- Sélectionne tes disques durs" puis clique sur "Lancer l’examen" 
- A la fin du scan, clique sur Afficher les résultats puis sur Enregistrer le rapport
- Suppression des éléments détectés --> clique sur Supprimer la sélection 
- S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer, clique sur Yes


Poste le rapport de scan après la suppression ici stp

voila le rapport mais je veux vous dire une chose ,aprés avoir demmander la supréssion des éléments détécter, il y avait des éléments qui non pas pu étre supprimer et par conséquence j'ais eu  un autre rapport mais je n'arrive pas à le trouver, alors je vous envoie le premier rapport càd celui que j'ais eu avant la suppression des éléments

Très bien, normalement Antivirus2008 est éradiqué :)  Il s'était installé avec le trojan Vundo, que MalwareByte's a détecté et supprimé (au moins en partie)

Pour vérifier qu'il n'y a plus d'infection, peux-tu poster un nouveau rapport hijackthis stp ?

Ok, il reste une partie de l'infection Vundo, il faut la supprimer.


Fais exactement ce qui suit : 

Télécharges ComboFix (de sUBs) sur ton Bureau (et pas ailleurs !) :
Fais un clic droit sur ce lien et choisis "enregistrer la cible sous ... " : dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre tape C-Fix et valide :
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

!! déconnecte toi, ferme toutes tes applications en cours et DESACTIVE TOUTES TES DEFENCES (anti-virus, antispyware, pare-feu) le temps de la manipulation : 
en effet , activés, ils pourraient gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil ( voir planter le PC )...Tu les réactiveras donc après !! 
---> Surtout, si tu rencontres des difficultés à ce niveau là, dis le moi avant de poursuivre ...

double-clique sur C-Fix.exe ( = combofix.exe ) . 

Appuie sur la touche Y (Yes) pour démarrer le scan . 

Attention : n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi. 
---> si un message d'erreur windows apparait à un momment : clique sur la croix rouge en haut à droite de la fenêtre pour la fermer

Le rapport sera crée dans: C:\Combofix.txt , poste le ici stp

==> C'est uniquement pour ceux qui ont Windows Vista, ça ne te concerne donc pas ;)

==> D'après le rapport hijackthis, tu as Spyware Doctor sur ton ordinateur : il faut désactiver le module de protection "OnGuard".
Par contre, je ne vois pas de trace d'antivirus ?  ni de pare-feu ?  (peut-être celui de Windows : pour le désactiver, vas dans le menu démarrer --> panneau de configuration --> Pare-feu... il faudra en installer un autre quand nous aurons terminé le nettoyage)

Ensuite, reprends la procédure pour utiliser Combofix ;)

bon voila j'ai ts fais le scan marchais bien mais à un moment (15 mn environ )  ts s'est bloqué , d'aprés ce que j'ai vu c'est au moment de la suppression des élément que ça a bloquer  et le rapport n'a pas été fini . alors j'ai du redémarrer le pc et j'ais trouver ça comme rapport de comofix :

Pour Combofix, en effet il faut le refaire, il n'y a rien dans le rapport... N'oublie pas de désactiver toutes tes défenses. Pour voir si tout est bien désactivé, va dans Menu démarrer --> panneau de configuration --> Centre de sécurité.

Utilise Combofix depuis une session administrateur, pas une session limitée.

Et n'oublie pas ceci

veuillez m'excuser si je suis stressée mais c que ce probléme commence à me taper sur les nerfs sur tout que le pc n'est pas à moi et j'ai peur de le planter . 
alors voila avant de recommencer le scan j'aimerais vous dire que j'ai encore un autre probléme - comme si un seul ne me suffisais pas :)  - c que cette ordinateur se bloque tout seul juste 5 mn aprés ça mise en marche et ttes les icones disparessent du bureau et l'ecran devient ts bleu, je sais pas pourquoi .alors je suis obligée d'éteindre le pc et de le redémarrer et ça recommance à chaque fois . ah oui et ce dérniér pblm est apparu aprés que j'ai lancer le scan et que ça c'est bloquer avant la fin du rapport ....

Ok, le rapport est complet :)  Combofix a déja supprimé pas mal de choses, je vais analyser le rapport pour voir s'il faut encore supprimer quelque chose.


En attendant, tu peux aussi faire ce qui suit.
Tu avais une autre infection qui se transmet par support amovible, je t'invite donc à faire ceci pour désinfecter tes clés USB, lecteurs mp3... : 

Branche ta clé (sans l'ouvrir) et utilise flash disinfector

* Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort), tape 1 puis valide. 
* Patiente le temps du scan. Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises : c'est normal ! 
Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé. 
* Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher: poste son contenu. 
* Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, il se trouve ici > C:\ComboFix.txt

Décidemment, il est coriace... On va essayer autrement, fais tout ce qui suit dans l' ordre :


Télécharge et installe CCleaner (si ce n’ est déjà fait) : https://forums.cnetfrance.fr 
Sur le site, clique sur > Download latest version et laisse-toi guider. 
Ne coche pas "Ajouter la barre d' outils Yahoo" lors de l’installation !

Télécharge OTMoveIt (de Old_Timer) sur ton bureau... 
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt2.exe

Redémarre le PC en mode sans échec : 
Redémarre ton ordinateur, puis tapote sur la touche F8 avant l’apparition du logo Windows, un menu va apparaître, tu devra choisir de démarrer en mode sans échec. Tu n' auras pas accès à Internet pendant le "mode sans échec". 
Aussi, copie/colle toute cette procédure dans un fichier texte et mets-la sur le "bureau" pour l' avoir à ta disposition. 

Ferme toutes les fenêtres et applications. 
Relance HijackThis et clique sur > Do a system scan only puis, coche les 
cases devant les lignes qui suivent (et uniquement ces lignes), si tjrs présentes

Puis, clique sur > Fix checked et valide par « Yes ». Referme HijackThis. 


Double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer. 
Assure toi que la case "Unregister Dll's and Ocx's" soit bien cochée !!! 
Copie le texte ci-dessous et colle-le dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt nommé Paste List of Files/Folders to be moved. 

C:\WINDOWS\system32\svpnxxwp.dll

Clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression. 
Lorsque un résultat apparaît dans le cadre Results, clique sur Exit et redémarre ton PC en mode normal. 
Copie-colle le rapport dans ta réponse : il est situé sur --> C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles.


Lance CCleaner : 
Clique sur > Analyse > Lancer le nettoyage, 
puis sur OK dans la fenêtre qui s' affiche. 
(re)Lance le nettoyage et (re)confirme par OK.

Tous tes messages sont correctement postés dans cette rubrique ;)


Avant de retourner surfer sur internet, il y a quelques petites choses que tu dois faire pour finir le nettoyage et améliorer sensiblement la sécurité de ton ordinateur, ça t'évitera peut-être de devoir revenir ici avec une nouvelle infection dans le futur ;)  Mais sache qu'aucun logiciel de sécurité ne te protègera à 100%, ce qui fait la différence, c'est ta vigilance lorsque tu télécharges ou installes quelque chose : pour en savoir plus, je t'invite à bien lire la page indiquée tout en bas de ce message (6).



1) Relance Hijackthis (pour la dernière fois), fais "scan system only" et coche ces lignes (pas dangereuses mains inutiles) : 
R3 - URLSearchHook: Yahoo! Toolbar avec bloqueur de fenêtres pop-up - {EF99BD32-C1FB-11D2-892F-0090271D4F88} - C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Companion\Installs\cpn\yt.dll

Ensuite, clique sur "Fix checked" 



2) Télécharge ToolsCleaner sur ton bureau pour nettoyer l'ordi de tous les outils qu'on a utilisé : 
ftp://ftp.commentcamarche.com/download/ToolsCleaner2.exe 
installe-le normalement, puis lance-le. 
Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se finir.
Cliquez sur Suppression pour nettoyer. 
Tu peux aussi supprimer les fichiers temporaires.
Ensuite, supprime manuellement ToolsCleaner (mets le à la corbeille).



3) Sécurise ton ordinateur 

- Anti-virus : 
Apparemment, tu n’as pas d’antivirus ???  Télécharge et installe Antivir, qui est gratuit et efficace ! Il est en anglais mais facile à utiliser grace au tutorial suivant :

- Pare-feu :
Tu n’as apparemment aucun pare-feu (sauf peut-être celui de Windows, qui est inefficace) : Télécharge ZoneAlarm ou Kerio !

- Pour naviguer sur internet plus en sécurité et à l’abri des publicités, je te conseille d’installer et d’utiliser le navigateur Firefox 3 avec l’extension « AdBlockPlus ».

- Internet Explorer n’est pas à jour, il faut passer à la version 7, même si tu n’utilises pas ce navigateur. Pour cela, clique sur menu démarrer --> windows update --> télécharge toutes les mises à jours importantes (regarde celles qui sont masquées si tu ne trouves pas IE 7).

- Java n'est pas à jour, c'est une faille de sécurité.
Ouvre le menu démarrer --> panneau de configuration --> ajout/suppression de programmes --> sélectionne toutes les versions de java présentes et désinstalle les. Télécharge et installe la nouvelle version depuis le site officiel de java : https://java.com/fr/

- Adobe Reader n’est pas à jour, c’est une faille de sécurité. Désinstalle le en allant dans menu démarrer --> panneau de configuration --> ajout/suppression de programmes. Puis télécharge et installe la nouvelle version depuis cette adresse :  https://get2.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/



4) Télécharge et installe CCleaner (attention à l'installation, pense à DECOCHER l'installation de Yahoo toolbar discrètement proposé en plus de CCleaner) : https://www.01net.com/telecharger/windows/Utilitaire/nettoyeurs_et_installeurs/fiches/32599.html 

Utilise la fonction cleaner de ce logiciel, puis la fonction registry plusieurs fois de suite pour effectuer des nettoyages (tu peux garder ce logiciel et l'utiliser régulièrement) : 




5) Pour finir le nettoyage, il faut désactiver puis réactiver la restauration système (pour créer un nouveau point de restauration sain et éviter le retour de l'infection). 

* Fais un clic droit sur poste de travail (qui est sur ton bureau ou dans le menu démarrer), puis propriétés. 
* Sélectionne l'onglet restauration du système 
* Coche l'option Désactiver la restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs 
* Clique sur OK. 

Puis refais la manipulation inverse pour réactiver la restauration système.

me revoila de retour . je crois que vous n'étes pas encore débarassé de moi :)
je crois que j'ai recommencer mais bétises
au moment d'instaler le pare-feu je crois que j'ai fais quelque chose qu'il falait pas et du coup la protection par pare-feu n'était pas bien instaler et ne marchait . alors j'ai désinstalar le logiciel pour le réinstaler de nouveau comme il faut mais ça ne marche pas 
alors je me retourne vers vous de nouveau pour avoir votre aide si c possible.

le pare feu était  celui de Zone Alarme 
et je sais pas comment il fonctionne au juste ,lorseque  j'éssaie l'internet une fois le pare feu instaler je reçoi à chaque fois un message d'alert me disant qu'on demande accés à internet et me  demandant si je confirme l'autorisation ou non et ça se complique. alors je sais pas est ce que c la fonction du pare feu ou alors c moi qui fait n'import quoi ?????

ZoneAlarm, comme tous les pare-feu efficaces, a une période d'apprentissage où tu dois accepter ou refuser les programmes qui tentent d'accéder à internet. Si tu coches la case "mémoriser" (ou quelque chose comme ça), l'alerte pour ce programme n'apparaitra plus, et tu auras donc de moins en moins d'alertes ;)

Si tu t'aperçois qu'un de tes programmes n'arrive plus à accéder à internet, c'est probablement dû à quelque chose que tu as bloqué par erreur. Tu peux changer ça en double cliquant sur l'icone zonealarm près de l'horloge --> controle des programmes --> programmes

Tu dois pouvoir autoriser la plupart des programmes pour l'instant ;)  Si tu as un doute sur une alerte, n'hésite pas à me demander.


L'erreur pour l'installation de Live Messenger vient peut-être aussi d'un programme que tu as bloqué par erreur ?  Tiens moi au courant quand tu sera allé dans le "controle des programmes" de ton pare-feu
