Bonjour,

Voila il y'a quelques temps j'ai attrapé ce que je pense etre un virus sur mon ordinateur portable...en fait, quand je l'allume, une fenetre d'erreur apparait en me signalant que l'application ISE32.EXE n'a pas demarré... pour info il se trouve sous C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-1482476501-1644491937-682003330-1013\ise32.exe ... apres quelques recherches, j'ai appris qu'il s'agissait d'un virus MSN...

1ere question: info ou intox?
2em question: pouvez vous m'aider a le supprimer deffinitivement de mon ordinateur?

pour info vu que d'apres quelques personnes il s'agit d'un virus msn, j'ai telecharger MSNFix et l'ai ouvert en tant qu'admin sous vista, je lance la recherche mais rien ne se passe... merci d'avance a tout ceux qui auront le bon coeur de m'aider...

    Salut !!

    Télécharge hijackthis : http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HiJackThis.exe et l enregistrer sur le disque c:

    -une fois installé, le renommer scan.exe
    -Double-clic dessus
    - Clic sur "Do a system scan and save the log"
    - copier le rapport, le coller dans la réponse

    je ne vois pas d infections dans ton rapport mais tu peux faire ceci :

    relance hijackthis en cliquant sur scan only et coches cette ligne :

    O4 - Global Startup: BTTray.lnk = ?

    puis tu cliques sur fix checked.

    désinstalle ta version de java et va télécharger la derniere version à cette adresse :

    java : https://www.java.com/fr/download/manual.jsp

    ensuite :

    Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

    - Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
    - Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
    - Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

    Option 1 - Recherche :

    télécharger smitfraudfix : http://telechargement.zebulon.fr/smitfraudfix.html

    Dézipper la totalité de l'archive smitfraudfix.zip.

    Double cliquer sur smitfraudfix.cmd
    Sélectionner 1 pour créer un rapport des fichiers responsables de l'infection.

    copier/coller le rapport dans la réponse.

    Option 2 - Nettoyage :

    Redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode sans échec (tapoter F8 au boot pour obtenir le menu de démarrage).

    Double cliquer sur smitfraudfix.cmd

    Sélectionner 2 pour supprimer les fichiers responsables de l'infection.

    A la question Voulez-vous nettoyer le registre ? répondre O (oui) afin de débloquer le fond d'écran et supprimer les clés de démarrage automatique de l'infection.

    Le fix déterminera si le fichier wininet.dll est infecté. A la question Corriger le fichier infecté ? répondre O (oui) pour remplacer le fichier corrompu.

    Redémarrer en mode normal et poster le rapport.

    ensuite :

    Télécharger sur le bureau malware bytes : http://ww.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telechargement 34055379 malwarebyte s anti malware?thread

    = double-clic sur mbam-setup pour lancer l'installation
    = Installer simplement sans rien modifier
    = Quand le programme lancé ==> faire une mise à jour ensuite cocher Exécuter un examen complet
    = Clic Rechercher
    = Eventuellement décocher les disque à ne pas analyser
    = Clic Lancer l'examen
    = En fin de scan , si infection trouvée
    ==> Clic Afficher résultat
    = Fermer vos applications en cours
    = Vérifier si tout est coché et clic Supprimer la sélection

    un rapport s'ouvre le copier et le coller dans la réponse

    Puis redémarrer le pc !!

    ensuite refais un nouveau rapport hijackthis stp

    ok...tu vas réessayer msnfix maintenant :

    Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

    - Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
    - Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
    - Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

    Télécharger sur le bureau msnFix : http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip

    = Clic-Droit sur MSNFix.zip
    = Extraire ici ( ou extraire sans confirmation ou tout ou unzip)

    = Double-Clic sur le dossier MSNfix qui vient de se créer
    = Double-Clic MSNfix ==> Symbole roue dentée
    Note: Avec vista pas de double-clic mais faire un clic-droit , puis exécuter en tant qu'administrateur

    = Choisir F pour français

    = Choisir R
    = Choisir ensuite A quand le choix se présent
    = Choisir ensuite N ( si infection)
    = Enregistrer le rapport sur le bureau de préférence
    =mettre le rapport dans la nouvelle réponse

      Scan apparait dans la fenettre avec quelques points de suspenssion ^^ mais rien ne se passe...cela fait +- 15min que j'attend

    on va faire autrement alors :

    ensuite télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :

    https://forospyware.com

    et enregistre le sur le Bureau.

    déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

    désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)

    double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

    à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

    réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

    copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

    Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

      Oui le compte etait desactivé je ne comprend pas car sur mon ordinateur fix Msnfix fonctionne et pas sur mon portable...bizare :S mais comme je t'ai dis dans un precedent message...le message d'erreur d'application de Ise32 n'apparait plus au demarage de mon portable...donc...

    Pour supprimer toutes les traces des logiciels qui ont servi à traiter les infections spécifiques :

    Télécharge toolscleaner sur ton Bureau : http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 34055291 toolscleaner
    * Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.bat et laisse le travailler
    * Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
    * Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
    * Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
    * Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
    * Le rapport (TCleaner.txt) se trouve à la racine de votre disque dur (C:\)...colle le dans ta réponse

    ensuite vas creer un point de restauration systeme et réactiver le controle des comptes utilisateurs.

    et mettre résolu à ton topic ;)

    Bonjour,

    ▶ Télécharge malwarebyte's anti-malware

    ▶ Un tutoriel sera à ta disposition pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement.

    ▶ Fais la mise à jour du logiciel (elle se fait normalement à l'installation)

    ▶ Lance une analyse complète en cliquant sur "Exécuter un examen complet"

    ▶ Sélectionnes les disques que tu veux analyser et cliques sur "Lancer l'examen"

    ▶ L'analyse peut durer un bon moment.....

    ▶ Une fois l'analyse terminée, cliques sur "OK" puis sur "Afficher les résultats"

    ▶ Vérifies que tout est bien coché et cliques sur "Supprimer la sélection" => et ensuite sur "OK"

    ▶ Un rapport va s'ouvrir dans le bloc note... Fais un copié/collé du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

    * Il se pourrait que certains fichiers devront être supprimés au redémarrage du PC... Faites le en cliquant sur "oui" à la question posée

    Et ensuite refais un nouveau rapport hijackthis stp

    Pour info :

    J'ai essayé toutes vos indication, rien n'y faisait, toujours le même soucis.

    j'ai finalement réussi à m'en débarrasser avec Trojan REMOVER tout simplement.

    Et voilà, plus de message pour ise32...
