Qt-mt.dll is missing

Hello,
I can no longer save my photos to the desktop or anywhere else, as when I click on the icon, the message "qt-mt.dll is missing" appears. I am using Photo Editor, I reinstalled it but to no avail. I tried another photo software, but the same problem occurred. I searched for qt-mt.dll online but couldn't find it! I do have the installation CD for Windows XP, but it's an older version, since I've since upgraded to Windows XP Service Pack 2 (or 3?)... I'm getting desperate, thank you for your help, it's quite urgent please!
