Hello,
I just downloaded a game, The Rise Of Atlantis. I have Windows Millennium and I checked in c/windows to see if Advapi32.dll is present, which it is. Here is the error message: Program startup error, the file THE RISE OF ATLANTIS.EXE is related to a missing export ADVAPI.32DLL:ConvertStringSecurityDescriptorToSecurityDescriptorA

Hello Ofely, I found your problem. You either download this DLL
https://www.fichier-dll.fr/advapi32.dll,97
or you move the one you have in C:\WINDOWS\System32 "
WARNING: it must be named advapi32.dll in order to work
That's it, I hope this advice helps you
