personally I respond to these emails by sending a big string of insults to the sender's address and to the address of Master Bite-Me. And if it doesn't calm me down, I send another little burst, and eventually, the idiot changes addresses.
But if he forgets to take me off his list or comes back with another address, I start over, and it relieves my stress.
