Erreur limewire "support" link

Bonjour,

j'ai un petit souci avec limewire en voulant télécharger un logiciel trojan remover il s'est planté et depuis j'ai le message ci - après

étant novice dans l'informatique et son langage j'aimerais bien avoir un peu d'aide en espérant que ce n'est pas trop technique la panne .
