Hello,
I have a problem with my game World of Warcraft, I have been using it for a short time and for those who know, I can't right-click on the characters that can give me quests, so it's a big problem. Hello,
I don’t know this game, but if you have a three-button mouse, is it from Apple or a third party? If it’s a third party, it’s not configured properly.
The left click + Ctrl key corresponds to the same action.

I don't have an answer to your problem since I'm not familiar with Macs.
But it's highly recommended to have a mouse for playing WoW.
Otherwise, once you reach a certain level, you won't be precise and fast enough with the touchpad.
