Bonjour,Je vous remercie tous pour l'aide que vous nous apporter ,nous les novices de l'informatique .Voilà je voudrais me débarrasser d'un vendeur de logiciel antivirus et qui est VISTA 2008 et CHAQUE fois IL SORT SUR MON ECRAN ET JE N'ARRIVE PAS A M'EN DEBARRASSER.Ils veulent que j'achete leur produit ,moi je travaille dans une entreprise etatique.Venz à mon secours le plus possible

tu poste un rapport hijackthis http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 159 hijackthis
important,tu vas "C:\ programme file\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe ,tu clic droit sur hijackthis.exe,tu vas à renommer,tu note "test.exe" par exemple.

tu me colle le rapport sur ta réponse
