virus sur mon pc j'en peux plus

Question

Bonjour,
tout le monde, j'ai vraiment besoin d'aide !
Je pense que mon ordinateur a quelque problèmes (suite à un virus par msn live :Virtumonde ) j'ai lancé mainte et mainte fois CC leaner ad-aware et spybot et avast (scan minutieux du pc) des trojans spywares et autres cookies sont fréquement détectés! j 'en peux plus, j'ai tout essayé MSNfix,SDfix... comment avoir un Pc totalement clean ?
Je suis sous XP pro (version 2002) service pack 2, j'utilise Firefox (avec Adblock plus) en OpenDns mon antivirus est donc avast et par feu Zone alarm !

Salut,

1) Comment supprimer un virus logé dans le dossier System Volume Information sous Windows XP ?

    * Clique droit sur "Poste de travail" -> "Propriétés" -> onglet "Restauration du système" -> cocher "Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs" -> "Appliquer" -> "Oui".
    * Ensuite, décocher "Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs" -> "Appliquer" -> "OK".

2) Télécharge Malwarebytes antimalware (MBAM)

Fais un scan en mode sans échec et complet

3) Désinstalle Avast https://www.avast.com/fr-fr/uninstall-utility
et télécharge Antivir  https://www.malekal.com/avira-free-security-antivirus-gratuit/
Fais un scan en mode sans échec

4) Colle les rapports de Antivir, MBAM et Hijackthis

non, je pense qu il ya pas assez de logiciel capable reelement d eradiquer tout le probleme des virus , oui on peut penser a anti virs , nod 32 , kaspersky pour ne citer que les meilleurs, et ensuite faut nettoyer ton pc avec ccleaner qui est excellement pour remmetre de l ordre, mais souvent trop tard :)  ensuite aadware et spyboot qui t aideront a proteger ton ordi des spy qui rodent l internet, mais la meilleur chose a faire en cas d invasion cé de graver les données que tu peux pas s acrifier puis ensuite formater ton pc et installer a nouveau ton software. pense a bien parametrer son pare feu  , mets sur moyenement haut ,installe aadware ou spybot (des le depart sinon cé trop tard) et ne vas pas matter les  filles du net , elle sont virusious , a plus

Bin, si je vois par exemple C:\system volume information\_Restore....

Cela signifie que c'est un point de restauration qui est infecté (à savoir que l'infection est inactive).

Il faut désactiver la restauration automatique du système avant de scanner l'ordinateur avec l'antivirus, car Windows interdit aux programes de modifier les fichiers présents dans le répertoire concerné. Faites un clic droit sur l'icône Poste de travail du bureau Windows, choisissez Propriétés puis suivez les manipulations détaillées dans cette copie d'écran afin de cocher la case "Désactiver la restauration du système". Pensez à rétablir la restauration automatique du système après la désinfection.

cela a l'air correct.

1) en mode sans échec, lance Hijackthis, coche les lignes suivantes:

Clique sur fix checked

2) redémarre ton ordi. A ta place, j'enlèverais Ad-aware pour conserver MBAM comme anti-spyware. J'en profiterais pour nettoyer ton ordi avec CCleaner.

3) libre à toi de faire un scan on-line avec Bitdefender ou Kaspersky pour vérifier que ton ordi est clean.

Comment va ton ordi??? Si c'est okay, mets le topic en mode "problème résolu".
