Hello,
I have just set up as a caterer and I am looking for help with the setup of my lab (some adjustments need to be made to meet CE standards) and a management software for the services.

I have already looked at CIEL but it only meets 5% of my needs; I am looking for a business solution, not a standard one that is totally inadequate.

You can go to the website www.solution-traiteur.fr and contact Philippe CAILLE. He has expertise in the field and can intervene in your company to better understand your needs, specifically the design of your future lab.
He can also assist with your commercial strategy if you wish.

As for software, I see only LogiChef that can meet the needs of butchers, caterers, and reception organizers. (See www.logichef.fr)
