Hello,
For just under a month, I've had an SFR plan with 1 hour and 30 minutes of calls + unlimited SMS 24/7.
And actually, it's been two days that I can no longer send SMS. When I send one, an error message from the number 952 appears telling me: "Due to a technical problem, your text message could not be sent. We thank you for trying again later."
I'm willing to wait for them to resolve the issue, if there is one, because while browsing the internet, I can't find anyone else experiencing the same problem as me.
Since I have an unlimited SMS plan, I don't think they've set a limit on the number of unlimited SMS --'
PS: I can call and receive SMS, so I believe the issue is not related to my network..
Thank you in advance for your help :)

I know why we can't send SMS!!!
I called SFR's customer service: 900
Then a lady answered, asked for my name, checked my account, and told me that I couldn't send SMS because I had less than 10 cents left in my account!!
So next time, make sure to keep 10 cents aside!!
I'm leaving you!!

Hello, I had the same issue as you and I got the same response, but when you subscribe to a capped plan, they don't tell you that if you use your 2 euro reserve you can't send SMS anymore, which is stupid since supposedly we have unlimited SMS.
amixe
Hello, I have unlimited texting but I have credit and I can't call or send texts, and it happened all of a sudden.

for me, it's like "amixe" !!!
kee62

Same here. Since 6 PM. I think it’s an SFR bug, like there often is. Hoping it will be resolved quickly.
Have you solved your problem? Because I have the same issue, except that I have a plan with 1 hour of calls and unlimited SMS in the evening, on Wednesdays, and during the weekend.
I have the same problem as you:
I have a blocked SFR plan limited series MTV 1h 30 unlimited texts 24/7
For 4 days I haven't been able to send texts
But I can receive them and receive calls
I don't understand anything!!
And it annoys me a bit
Thank you for letting me know if you found a solution
kisses, see you later

So, I came across this forum because I received a message from SFR saying that I need to use my remaining 2 euros of emergency credit. And I know it's going to end badly, what should I do?
Hello!
I have the same problem as you since yesterday afternoon; I can no longer send any texts, and I immediately receive the message from 952 that you know well. I called customer service, and they told me that the issue was on their end, that it was a global problem affecting several people (which apparently is the case). They also assured me that their technicians were doing everything to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. So I think we have no other option but to wait... Post on the forum as soon as the problem is resolved on your end, and let's keep each other updated!

Thank you for sharing this because yesterday I also called and they did manipulations that were useless and they told me they would call me back during the day. (2:17 PM and no call)
If what you say is true, it affected several people yesterday, so the solution is to wait. Anyway, thanks SFR during the Christmas holidays, right T_T
Thank you very much

Hello everyone
Since last night, it's the same for me, I have the same problem, but of course I'm not the only one ^^
I have a blocked plan with unlimited SMS and 24/7 internet as well as 1 hour of calls. And since yesterday, I can no longer send my SMS! Well, actually yes! 2 SMS out of 20 are sent! The worst part is that I called customer service on the 19th to check how much I had left, and I had 20 cents remaining (yes, I went over my emergency credit) and when I received the first message "952" strangely I had "6 cents" left even though I hadn't made any calls or sent any MMS. So even if I have 6 cents left, why are 2 SMS out of 20 sent correctly? Well, if it's a credit issue, that's fine, I'm used to it after all, so I'll wait until the end of the month to recharge my plan hoping that it works and that this "problem" gets resolved.
Best regards, Fire

I have the answer to your problems. In fact, when your plan expires, you no longer benefit from unlimited texts. It's written in tiny letters in the subscription and usage terms booklet for SFR offers that you are given when you subscribe, and of course, you don't have the time to read it because it has 54 pages of tiny text, and the section regarding this issue is on page 21, article 2. And be careful, also delete your texts that don't go through because they are systematically counted during paid hours... hello scam! Moreover, with my blocked plan, I end up with a bill of -2 euros that will be deducted next month... thanks SFR.
Listen, I also have a problem like that; I can no longer send SMS. Before, I used to receive the message from 952, but now I'm not receiving anything anymore.
Yes, that's right, it's unlimited texts provided that the balance is > 0, well with SFR it might be > 0.10 cents.
I'm calling 952 to recharge and they're telling me there’s a technical problem, and I need to call back later. What should I do, please respond quickly.
Good evening. I have an SFR plan with 1 hour and 30 minutes of calls and unlimited texts that reloads on the 14th of each month. Since yesterday morning, I have been receiving messages and calls, but I can't send them because I'm getting a message from 952 'technical problem'. When I call 950, they tell me that I have used 1.94 out of the 2 euro reserve. Is it because I have less than 10 cents of emergency credit?
Hello,
I had the same problem as you.
Two days ago I tried to send texts but as soon as I did, I received messages from +951 saying: "Due to a technical issue, your text could not be sent. We thank you for trying again later." Given what was said above, it's because I only have 7 cents of credit left and you need 10!! Well done SFR!! When I changed my plan (since I was with Neuf), my mother and I specifically asked "if when I run out of credit, will I still have free texts?" They answered yes. You always have to be wary of operators, be careful!! So now I have to top up my credit, they'll be happy to gain €5.

Hello,
I’m visiting the forum because I have exactly the same problem as you and I just found out that you actually need at least 10 cents of communication credit to be able to send texts during the unlimited period. However, I only have 9 cents left! It's hard to believe!
Regarding the termination of your commitment contract, be careful because I have a friend who terminated due to the many technical problems he encountered... He blocked SFR's direct debits and the funny thing is that not only is he part of the PREVENTEL files (if the name is correct) to indicate that not all monthly payments are made on time, but he is also preventing SFR from collecting the money they are owed! Being listed in such a file prevents you from subscribing to another phone plan, so be careful!
Best regards

Thank you to everyone who asked me for a response, so here it is.
After constantly receiving the same message 952, I decided to be patient since I was soon reaching my monthly credit, and finally, credit received, I was finally able to resend my messages. Apparently, you need at least 10 cents to be able to send texts. However, this was not specified at the time of purchasing the plan. What is surprising is for those who have several euros left. I know everyone hears this, but I suggest waiting for your monthly plan renewal. In case of additional problems, try contacting SFR. However, I think they could at least warn you on the day of purchase.
Apologies for this poor response, but that’s just what happened, I hope this helps you.
Sincerely, Fire
Following the request from "dddd", I personally own a Sony Ericsson W595.

I have exactly the same problem and I spent hours on the phone with the INCOMPETENT customer service. They changed my SIM card, "fixed" my phone, all that nonsense, and they tell me that the problem is that I have no credit left, but it's obvious that I still have some, yet the woman insists otherwise. So, being very angry and since the problem has been going on since May, I sent a termination letter with a waiver that was refused, please, because according to them the reason is not valid. So, in the end, being very disgusted with SFR, I canceled my contract before the end of the commitment, and I have to pay for all the remaining months. THANK YOU SFR, A GOOD ADVICE: NEVER GO TO SFR, THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS AND THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOU.
What a bunch of scammers.
I have the same problem, it disgusts me, the sellers don't even mention it.
They only have nice words at SFR.
On top of that, they're going to make us pay for a top-up.
What a bunch of scammers.
Go to Orange, it can't be worse than SFR.
Goodbye.

Hello everyone
I followed your conversation and my problem is not resolved.
I have a blocked plan with unlimited internet and texts for 1 hour. And for the past week, I haven't been able to make any calls, but I can receive them, as well as send texts and surf the internet.
I called customer service and it was a total mess; in the end, they hung up on me, put me on hold, and cut me off. After more than an hour of being treated like an idiot, I decided to cancel my subscription, block all SFR payments, and check out what’s going on with another operator. Anyway, it can't be worse than this. Because right now, SFR has really hit rock bottom.

I agree with what you say about SFR; however, be careful!!! If you are still under contract with them and block your direct debits, they will automatically register you with the "Préventel" file, which will prevent you from going to any other operator until your financial situation with SFR is resolved. Furthermore, your new operator may also ask you to pay a deposit because you will be classified as a high-risk customer.
Since when have you been subscribed, and what is the end date of your contract?

Hello! I have a problem, I got my subscription credit this morning (20 euros) and the thing is I can call and I should be able to send messages, but even with a signal it says I'm unable to send the message... it's driving me crazy because I have 20 euros of credit and I can't do anything! A solution to my problem please?!
