j'ai raté le debut ou tu as commencé sur un post et poursuivi sur un autre ?
Tu veux faire quoi au juste ? Vérifier si ton PC fonctionne proprement ?
Si c'est le cas ta config n'est pas importante et les conseils s'appliquent a toutes les machines !

Alors il a plusieurs logiciels gratuits a télécharger sur ce forum (dans l'onglet téléchargement),
Pour un nettoyage du registre et des fichiers inutiles - Tune Up utilities (gratuit pendant 30 jours mais les modifs restent)
Pour les virus - Antivir ou AVG (ce sont mes préférés mais il y en a plein d'autres)
Pour les pubs envahissantes - Spybot 1.5.2 (la dernière version)
Voilà, tu télécharge tout ça tu l'installe sur la machine et tu lance les logiciels dans l'ordre ou je te les ai donnés, et ta machine devrais se porter comme un charme.

Je ne sais pas ou est ^^Marie^^ , elle analyzerai ce rapport mieux que moi, mais a priori rien de méchant, il n'y a que des programmes connus.
Par contre tu n'a pas lancé d'anti virus , Spyware Terminator est comme son nom l'indique une protection contre les spyware et autres mal-wares mais pas contre les virus, il te faut un logiciel comme AVG Free ou Antivir en gratuit ou si tu préfère un payant le meilleur c'est NOD32.
Il sont tous en téléchargement sur le Forum.
Si tu les a téléchargés lance CCleaner ou TuneUp pour nettoyer ton registre des clés inutiles et effacer les fichiers temporaires qui prennent de la place pour rien , ensuite un scan de ton anti virus et enfin un scan de spyware terminator et ta machine sera comme neuve.
