I've been trying to answer this question for quite some time, and here are my current conclusions:
- It is not possible to decode the paid channels of TNT without an additional "box"
- These broadcasts via TNT only allow reception of the "clear" periods of these paid channels
- More specifically for Canal+/CanalSat, there is the possibility of having a specific decoder (The cube) that will indeed decode the Canal+ TNT channels. In this case, it is not necessary to have an additional transmission medium (ADSL/Cable/Satellite).

Otherwise, to subscribe, for example to """, you need to receive it through an additional medium (ADSL/Cable/Sat), and an additional television subscription (more or less expensive), and there the options are multiple!
Generally, ADSL providers include in their television offers a basic package that already features these paid channels. There are additional packages (Canal+, CanalSat, OCS, BeING, ...) or optional ones (Free per channel, option + or ++ depending on operators) that allow viewing of additional channels: Syfy, 13th Street, Canal Cinema, ...

It's a bit different for TNT-S (TNT by satellite), as you need a specific installation (Satellite = Dish + decoder) and a subscription with a broadcaster (Fransat, for example). A basic free and unlimited offer is included in the price (around €100) of the box sale for the "free" TNT channels, and it is possible to subscribe to paid channels from the same broadcaster.

For those receiving television via cable, the number of paid channels detected by the TNT decoder (here TNT-C (cable) to differentiate from TNT-H (Terrestrial)) will be much greater, but it doesn’t change anything: You must use the decoder from the provider of the transmission via cable to view the paid channels and subscribe to the corresponding package!
