Bonjour, je suis plutot faible en informatique et mon probléme se crée avec presque toujours une semaine décare.
Voila desfois quand je démarre mon ordinateur une fenétre inhabituelle s'ouvre elle s'appele "services.exe" il y est marqué cela:
services.exe a rencontré un probléme et doit fermé.
Nous vous prions de nous excuser pour le désagrément encouru.
Si vous étiez en train de travailler, il se peut que certaines données soient perdues.
Veuillez signalez ce probléme à microsoft.
Nous avons créé un rapport d'erreurs que vous pouvez envoyer pour nous aider à ameliorer
la qualité de l'services.exe. Nous traiteront vos rapports confidentiellement et anonymement.
Pour afficher les données de ce rapport d'erreurs, cliquer ici
choix : envoyer le rapport d'erreurs ou ne pas envoyer
Puis il faut bien prendre un des deux choix mais quoi qu'il arrive si je clik sur envoyer le rapport d'erreurs ou ne pas envoyer , une nouvelle fenétre s'ouvre "Arrét du systéme" et il me laisse une minute pile avant de redémarré mon ordinateur. Il me fait ça au moins 4 fois (donc environ 4 redémarrage) puis je peux faire ce que je veux.

Moi je suis dans le meme cas que toi "willy"
c'est trop emmerdant surtout que c mon pc pour le boulot,j'ai pas mal de fichiers trés important
je cherche de mon coté mais c dur car il se bloque d'un rien
m'enfin je cherche... je te tiens au courant si je trouve quelque chose
un tit question est ce que toi ca a commencer av pleins de pages publicitaires qui s'afficher
ainsi que ta pages internet qui par défaut allait sur un site pour te vendre un anti virus de dobe!!!

heu non moi sa n'a pas commencé avec "pleins de pages publicitaires qui s'afficher ainsi que ta pages internet qui par défaut allait sur un site pour te vendre un anti virus de dobe" mais si tu veux j'ai trouvé quelque chose qui peut t'aider sa s'appelle CCleaner.
Depuis que je l'ai ça va mieux ,je n'ai plus de fenétre "Arrét du systéme" mais il faut que à chaque fois pour enlever toutes les "saloperies" que ta put attraper en allant sur le web que à chaque fois que tu éteind ton ordinateur tu utilise CCleaner pour supprimer les cookies et autre choses.
Voila j'espére que pour toi sa ira mieux et si tu trouve quelque chose de plus interressant pour répondre à se probléme fait le moi savoir allez a+
