Hello, I acquired a DV 7000 Tec camera, and I can't get it to work. I have neither installation drivers nor a user manual. Please help me get it started, as even the screen won't turn on except for the red indicator light that is on.

Hello, I also have a Syntec DV7000 camera as a subscription gift from the new PBS, it is delivered without a battery, you need to put two R6 batteries in the special compartment, and it works. However, it does not come with its driver, which means my computer cannot install it; so it records but I can't watch the films on my computer. Would you have a suitable driver and could you make me a copy or let me know where you got it? Thank you and regards.

I have the CD with the driver. It is possible to make a copy; you need to open or explore it to extract the driver. I also have the manual in French.

Thank you Charly56, if you could send me a copy of the driver as an attachment, I would appreciate it. The Nel OBS changed my camera, but it's still the same, I can't install it on my computer, I only have the Arcsoft CD-ROM, but it doesn't install the camera. Thank you in advance, best regards.

Hello, I read on the forum that you have the manual in French for the TEICA DV 7000 camcorder. I just bought one on eBay, but I only received a sheet with the specifications in English, which means I can only turn on the device and I can't do anything else due to my lack of understanding of English. Could you send me a copy of the user manual in French to my email? Hello

I also have this camera bought at a flea market for 20 euros, fortunately. Well, I'm not a computer whiz!!! But I managed to make it work without any drivers or installation CDs. Obviously, I'm on Windows 7.

But how I succeeded remains a mystery; this camera is not easy!!!!

Hello, I'm also struggling to install my camera on my computer; I received it as a gift from Nouvel Obs, who offers to exchange it with shipping costs at my expense, while all I asked them was to send me the appropriate driver. Response: Here, I wrote to Nel OBS, and Mrs. Claude BASTEL from the Subscriptions Service, 142 Rue Montmartre 75002 PARIS, Tel / 01 40 26 86 17, had my camera sent back to Mr. COURTOIS at Nouvel Observateur, Shipping Service, P.O. Box 87 in Conches 27190, to exchange it for me, because even though she sent me another CD-ROM, it didn't work, apparently there are some defective models. So I'm waiting for another camera, I think by the end of next week. Try to contact this lady, you'll see. Bye, if I'm satisfied, I'll let you know.
