alors, il faut passer par la console, de récupération.

Si elle est installée, tu le dis.

Si elle ne l'est pas et que tu as le CD de windows, fais ça :

Sinon, ouvre ce lien :

et installe la console de récupération en suivant ce qui est écrit.

bonjour,

déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)

double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

Bien sûr ! Il est dans le disque dur.

Un formatage logique (haut niveau = standard) n'en viendrait pas à bout. Sinon c'est le formatage bas-niveau... Plus compliqué.

Mais pas besoin de formater.

Tu pourras formater autant de fois que tu veux il sera toujours là. Parce que le MBR n'est pas formaté dans le cas d'un formatage haut-niveau.

Non,

C'est un formatage de bas-niveau qu'il faudrait faire.

Mais ce n'est pas nécessaire car tu peux désinfecter ton PC en suivant certaines procédures.

Mais attends les instructions de Lyonnais.

Re,

Introduis le CD de Windows et fais redémarrer l'ordi.

Sur l'écran d'accueil, choisis R (repair) pour démarrer la console de récupération;

Choisis le numéro de l'installation Windows à réparer (tape 1 si tu n'en as qu'une)

On va te demander le mot de passe administrateur. Si tu n'en as pas mis, tape sur entrée

Sur la ligne de commande, tape FIXMBR C: puis Entrée

Sur la ligne de commande, tapes FIXBOOT C: puis Entrée

Sur la ligne de commande, tape EXIT puis Entrée pour redélarrer l'ordi.

Redémarre normalement.

Rescan avec NOD32.
