how can I calculate a monthly payment using a CASIO FC 200V financial calculator????

    Ex: calculate the monthly payment of a loan of 98,000 EUR at 3.95% over 20 YEARS

    You need to press the CMDP key and then enter the values as follows:
    set = end
    n = 240
    I%=3.95
    pv = -98000
    leave pmt at zero for now
    FV = zero
    P/Y =12
    C/Y= 12

    Navigate to the pmt variable using the up and down arrows then press the SOLVE key

    You will get the value 591.28 EUR
