Help ! AdWare.Win32.Shopper.l squatte mon PC

Bonjour,

Depuis quelques semaines, mon PC est très lent au démarrage de Windows, certaines pages ne s'affichent pas dans Explorer, un lien cliqué dans un mail nécessite plusieurs dizaines de secondes pour ouvrir une fenêtre Explorer, etc...
Ce matin, j'ai fait un test avec Kaspersky Online Scanner et je découvre que AdWare.Win32.Shopper.l est présent..!
Mon fils a téléchargé via Emule et cela semble arrivé par là.

J'ai downloadé AVG 8.0 et procéder à une analyse complète du système et des disques, mais sans résultat. Il ne l'a pas détecté...

Comme dois-je m'y prendre pour supprimer cette saleté ? Je ne suis pas spécialiste en informatique et de loin, donc je suis un peu perdu.

Je précise que j'ai désinstallé Emule...
