Soucis Pub CID et processus .. Besoin d'aide

Bonjour a vous ,

Alors j'ai 2 petits soucis !!!
J'ai énormément de pub CID qui ne rendent dingue, j'ai télécharger Lopxp et je vous mettrai le rapport en fin de message.

J'ai une autre question, lorsque j'ouvre mon gestionnaire des tache, puis processus, il y a énormément de processus actif qui utilise beaucoup de mémoire.
Mon Pc est très lent, et je me demande si cela ne pourrais pas en être la cause.

Lorsque j'éteins mon ordinateur j 'a également une fenêtre qui me dit iexplorer ne répond pas.
Je ne sais pas du tout ce que c'est!!!
