I know exactly how to be Superman in GTA, it’s super easy. We are in city 1, you go to the gym, then you enter the jet pack code (L1 L2 R1 R2 up down left right L1 L2 R1 R2 up down left right). Then you get into any skyscraper, you enter the parachute code, and then you jump, but don't activate the parachute at the moment of the jump. Just before hitting the ground, you will see "bonus +" written. If you press R1, you become Superman, and if you press L1, you are Spider-Man, but you have to do it quickly when you see "bonus +". You have about 3 seconds, then there will be a cutscene that slows you down and prevents you from falling, and you are Superman or Spider-Man.
