Scribus: properties window missing

Hello,
I am currently working with Scribus and I've had an issue with the "properties" window; it has disappeared and I can't find it again. However, it does confirm "properties" in the window tab.
Could you please help me? 
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

    You need to delete the Scribus folder in the hidden "Application data" folder within "Documents and settings". This folder contains user preferences.

      I deleted everything and reinstalled and it works
