Plusieurs virus Résolu

Question

Bonjour a tous

Je me tourne vers vous car j'ai un gros souci.
Voila , mon pc rame de plus en plus ,redemarre et plante regulierement .
J'ai ccleaner qui nettoye tous les jours , ad-aware 1 fois par semaine qui ne trouve rien et avast . Hier , j'ai fait un scan en ligne avec kaspersky et oh surprise ,voila le probleme :

télécharge GenProc http://www.alt-shift-return.org/Info/Fichiers/GenProc.zip sur ton bureau

dézippe le dossier, double-clique sur GenProc.bat et poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre

je ferais comme ca :

Vide tes fichiers temporaires avec ceci:

->Clean Up 40:

click sur option et décoche la case devant : delete prefect files

vide le manuellement :

:: Le contenu du dossier prefetch ::

* C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch <= sauf le fichier layout.ini

* Ne pas oublier de vider la corbeille !

Pour vider le contenu du fichier prefetch il faut afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés :

Affiche tous les fichiers et dossiers :

Pour cela :

Clique sur démarrer/panneau de configuration/option des dossiers/affichage

Cocher afficher les dossiers cacher

Décoche la case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)"

Décocher masquer les extensions dont le type est connu

Puis fais «Ok» pour valider les changements.

Et appliquer ! 

apres redemarage :

Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau.

-> http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe     

-> Double clique combofix.exe.
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse. 

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

-> Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

-> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

Télécharge Zeb-Restore http://telechargement.zebulon.fr/zeb-restore.html enregistre ce fichier sur le bureau.

-Clic droit Zeb-Restore.zip ==> Extraire tout choisis comme lieu d'enregistrement le bureau.
-Ouvre le dossier ZR_1.0.0.37 ==> double clic sur Zeb-Restore.exe
- Coche la case devant : 

Réinitialiser Fichier Hosts
Sites de confiance et sensibles
Préfixes et Protocoles Internet

- Ne coche aucune autre case
-Clique sur Restaurer
-Redémarre ton PC

Copie le texte ci-dessous :

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

Après redémarrage, poste le contenu du rapport Combofix.txt accompagné d'un rapport Hijackthis.

S'il n'y a pas de rédémarrage, poste quand même les rapports.

il y a une cle qui fait de la resistance...

fais ceci :


Télécharge OAD http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/OAD.exe
- Enregistre le sur ton bureau

Double clique sur le OAD pour le lancer

- nom de fichier à rechercher tape ou fais un copier coller de :

msnq3insller

- Type de recherche : sélectionne l'option 6 puis valide

OAD va maintenant rechercher le fichier. Laisse le travailler jusqu'à ce qu'il en ait terminé.
Le rapport de recherche s'affichera automatiquement à l’écran dès qu'il aura terminé.

- Fais un copier / coller de ce rapport dans ton prochain post.

Note importante : Suivant la taille des disques durs cette recherche peut prendre plusieurs minutes. Sois patient

redemarre en mode sans echec:

Comment redémarrer en mode sans echec? 

   Tu redemarre le pc et tapote la touche F8 des le début de l allumage sans t´arrêter.
   Une fenêtre sur fond noir va s’ouvrir, tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.

   Une fois sur le bureau si il n y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c´est normal!
   Ps : si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5.

Note : en mode sans echec tu n´auras plus acces au net alors imprime ou copie les instructions ci dessous dans un fichier texte que tu pourras consulter a souhait
une fois en mode sans echec.

Fix.reg

Ouvre le bloc-notes (click droit sur le bureau > dans l´arborescence choisie nouveau et nouveau fichier texte) et fais un copier coller de ce qui est en citation ci-dessous (copie tout d'un trait-sans les barres(x)) :

Nom du fichier : fix.reg
Type de fichier : "tous les fichiers"
clique sur "enregistrer"

ca doit ressembler a ca une fois enrregistré :

double clique sur fix.reg => tu dois obligatoirement avoir un message "voulez-vous vraiment ajouter les informations contenues dans ce fichier .reg au registre ?"

alors , le fichier renommer dans le bloc est ecrit fix et non fix.reg seulement.
je n'ai plus l'icone avast a coté de l'horloge protection residente.
je doit m'absenter un moment .

laisse avast comme ca

passe ceci maintenant et post le rapport avec un nouveau rapport hijack this egalement :

Fais un scan avec cet antispyware :

Telecharge malwarebytes + tutoriel :

-> https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/

Tu l´instale; le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour.

Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression".

Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examun complet".

Puis click sur "rechercher".

Laisse le scanner le pc... 

Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection.

si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes".

A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.

Copie et colle le rapport stp.

Téléchargez MSNFix.zip (de !aur3n7) sur votre bureau:
http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip
Décompressez-le (clic droit >> Extraire ici) et double cliquer sur le fichier MSNFix.bat.
- Exécutez l'option R.
-- Si l'infection est détectée, un message l'indiquera et il suffira de presser une touche pour lancer le nettoyage

Note :
Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode normal

- Le rapport sera enregistré dans le même dossier que MSNFix sous forme date_heure.txt

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
• Redémarre ton ordinateur
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
• Choisis ton compte.
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

une fois antivir ouvert click surconfiguration et coche la case "expert mode" puis sur l´onglet scanner dans la fenetre du dessous tu va voir : rootkit search click sur le petit + pour deployer et coche la case a coté de ton disk dur
puis click sur configuration en haut a droite; dans la nouvelle fenetre a gauche >scanner > coche "scan all files" et en dessous >scanner priority = High
coche : allow stopping the scanner, comme cela tu peux faire une pause pendant le scan si tu le desir.
puis sur la droite coche les case suivantes : 
scan boot sectors of selected drives
scan master boot sectors
scan memory
search foe rootkit before scan
decoche :
ignore off line files
toujours a gauche > scan > deploie > heuristique > macrovirus heuristic = coché et en dessous > win32 heuristic la case coché et high detection level

Je te dis tous ca car j´aimerais que tu performes un scan entier de ta machine a l´aide d´antivir avec les reglages stipulés ci dessus et que tu post le rapport généré ici stp

ps : fais le scan en mode snas echec :

Comment redémarrer en mode sans echec? 

   Tu redemarre le pc et tapote la touche F8 des le début de l allumage sans t´arrêter.
   Une fenêtre sur fond noir va s’ouvrir, tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
   Une fois sur le bureau si il n y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c´est normal!
   Ps : si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5.

-> Dézippe tout le contenu dans un dossier que tu auras cré au préalable (sur ton bureau par exemple). Double clic sur clean ou clean.cmd choisie l'option 1.
   
   Un rapport va s'ouvrir, copie et colle le contenu sur le forum.

tout ce que trouve kaspersky est dans la restauration system on la nettoiera a la fin...

-> Redémarre en mode sans échec : 

   Comment redémarrer en mode sans echec? 

   Tu redemarre le pc et tapote la touche F8 des le début de l allumage sans t´arrêter.
   Une fenêtre sur fond noir va s’ouvrir, tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
   Une fois sur le bureau si il n y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c´est normal!
   Ps : si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5.

Click droit sur poste de travail, dans l´arborescence sur propriétés;

puis redemarre le pc et click droit sur poste de travail, dans l´arborescence sur propriétés;

décoche la case désactiver la restauration systèm et applique. 

pour supprimer les outils utilisés :

Télécharge ToolsCleaner sur ton bureau.

en fait je desactive la restauration ?
car je l'utilise au besoin 

en faite le truc c´est de nettoyer ta restauration qui est infecté > tu la desactive redemarre et la reactive apres redemarrage > ca va la reinitialiser; on crée comme ca un point propre...

salut

bon alors , tout a fonctionné normalement le soir meme et le lendemain plus de net .
aprés plusieurs manip , il a fallu que je desinstalle le pare feu et la tout bon.
donc il me reste ;
spywareguard qui ne s'affiche plus en icone a coté de l'horloge

ce qui me chagrine le plus c´est qu´antivir a trouvé une saloperie dans le system32...

il semblerais que ce fichier fasse partie d´une infection magic controle...

passe ceci stp

Fais un clic droit sur ce lien :
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe
Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).

Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
(ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)

ca devait etre un reste;  j´ai vu sur un autre topik qu´il etait detecté par navilog c´est pour ca que je te l´ai fait passer...

cependant fais ceci :

* Ferme Internet Explorer puis Démarrer/Panneau de Configuration/Options Internet.
  * Choisis l'onglet Contenu puis onglet Certificats.
    * Si tu trouves les programmes suivants (en particulier dans "Editeurs approuvés" ), supprime-les : (ils devraient y etre)

a vrai dire tu acceptes les programmes qui ont besoin du net... il n´y a pas de reglage de port non...

en fait j'ai recupere 2 ordis ,1 portable qui me dit de retirer les disques et appuyer sur une touche pour redamarrer et rien ne se passe et 1 pc ou je voudrais desinstallé xp
