I’m bothered with a TV whose remote was eaten by my dog a long time ago.
For no reason, my TV has been turning on to a language menu for a few days, and I don’t know how to unlock it because with the pr+ pr- vol+ and vol- buttons, NOTHING WORKS?
Thank you for helping me if you have any idea.

You need to press the "tv" button next to "vcr" on the remote control, and then you can scroll down to select French and hit "ok". There you go.
If you know the model of the dog's "bone", can I have one...? ;)

Have you found a solution? I have the same problem!
I have a Belgacom TV remote control (Universal), but I don't know how to do "ok" (Otherwise, it would already be done) I only know how to switch from one language to another with +/-.
What to do??

Hello...
Check if this remote can control multiple devices, and make sure that TV is selected...
Otherwise, to check if your remote is working (I assume it's an "infra-red"?), point the emitting diode at the lens of a digital camera, and press the buttons: you will see the beam if it's emitting!
To be continued...

Hello
Unfortunately, I cannot answer your question because I have the same problem myself for a few days now, except that I no longer have the original remote, but a universal remote instead.
I therefore wanted to know if you had found a solution by now. I'm hesitant to kick it to see if it works, but if you have a better idea, I'm all ears!
Thank you in advance for your response.

Re...
I have a certain number of original remote controls; if you tell me the model and the brand, I will let you know...
I need the model of the remote control and not that of the TV, as I do not have the TVs that go with them! ;)
It is common for "universal" ones, or those reputed as such, not to offer all the functions of the original...
Best regards,

Not having the original one, you may want to check the manual to see if they provide the model...?!
