Digital photo frame driver

Hello,
a supplier of office supplies gave a gift: a Thomson digital photo frame model PI639H
a CD is included with it which is supposed to have the PhotoVivewer software to install.
When I insert the CD, nothing happens and I even feel like it’s empty (nothing in the explore)
Does anyone have this software or can tell me where to get it?
Because for a gift, I don’t want to go through the process of “returning the product to the supplier who gave the gift who will go to the manufacturer etc....”

    Unfortunately, I'm in the same situation - when I want to launch the program, it says not found - and I can't access the "frame" via the USB connection -
    So same situation
    On Monday I'll call BRUNEAU

      Good evening,
      I managed to connect - you first need to install the software on the computer - then connect the frame to the computer using the provided cable at that moment the frame displays two choices - either USB update or USB mode - you just need to click on the right choice - and in this case, the software opens automatically and you can transfer the photos to the frame - be careful it's a gift and you can only transfer 40 photos I think
      I don't have the frame with me, but I'm answering you from memory
      So in summary, don't make the same mistake I did, choose the other option on the frame

        Do not try to format it -
        a- you install the software on the PC (with the CD)
        b- you connect the digital frame - two options appear on the frame - click on the USB link and the software opens automatically - and you can transfer a maximum of 40 photos -

    I have the CD but I'm on Mac and I can't read exe files…

    how can I get the driver?
    has anyone found where to download the driver for Mac??

      You should not format the photo frame; the transfer can only be done with the Photoviewer software.
      1- Install the software on the PC
      2- Connect the digital frame - two options will appear on the frame - select "Update" and the software will open automatically

      The frame can hold 50 to 60 photos (it depends on the size of the photos; on mine, I was able to put 68 photos).

      Enjoy using it!
