Bonjour,

Ce n'est pas évident pour les novices de lire ce rapport même avec ton lien.

Pour ma part, j'ai rien compris... il faut être prudent car on peut enlever des programmes légitimes et se faire aider par un helpeur est à mon avis plus conseillé.

bonjour celine1977,merci pour pour vos reponse a toi et ushu,mais comment faire pour avoir l'aide d'un helpeur.D'autant plus 'j'ai renommer hijackthis a partir de mon bureau sous ccm.exe et il apparait maintenant ccm.exe.exe et il est en tant qu'administrateur , je ne peut plus le supprimer car je voulais retelecharger pour le renommer comme des explication qu'on m'a donner ailleur , excuser-moi ,je debute sur l'ordinateur et internet,merci de m'aider en tant que debutant ,merci encore . cordialement , polux.
