Hello,
Something has changed recently on my computer and I don’t know why. At the bottom of my taskbar, I have my few icons: Word, Excel, Firefox, Outlook, etc. For example. Before, when I opened an Excel page (or Word, or Outlook), the icon was highlighted because a page was open. Now it adds a second Excel icon (or Word or Outlook) next to the first one, and I don’t know how to "remerge" them.
Can someone help me?
Thanks :)
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 61.0

Hello,
Simple: Right-click > Unpin from taskbar on the inactive icon that remains in place.
Then right-click > Pin to taskbar on the icon of your open software.
This should fix your double icon issue in the future for this application.
Have a nice day!-
