Help pour un trojandownloader.agent.BLS

Bonjour,
en voulant telecharger une bete video via limewire, je me suis ramasser une sale crasse ...
quand j'allume mon ordinateur, il m'affiche que le centre de securité de windows a desactiver les mise a jour automatique, premier probleme ... deuxiement, il m'affiche un message d'erreur venant de limewire que j'ai desinstaller juste apres le probleme ... j'ai supprimer tout les fichier le concernant ... mais il m'affiche quand meme que il y a eu un probleme avec, et je tien a preciser, que ce n'est pas une fenetre windows qui s'affiche mais plutot une fenetre avec le signe java
bon ensuite je n'arrive plus a avoir le gestionnaire des taches ... rien ne se produit ...
j'ai fait tourner mon antivirus et il m'a trouver un fichier et il me le decrit comme ceci : "probablement une variante de Win32/trojandownloader.agent.BLS cheval de troie" rien que la fin veux deja tout dire mais il ne me la pas mis en quarantaine
encore un probleme, quand j'ouvre une page internet quelconque, il me dit que mon pc est infecter et il m'ouvre une autre page vers un antivirus, antispyware, antiardware et etc ...

si quelqu'un peux m'aider en me conseillant un bon programme ou un moyen pour le retirer, ce serais gentil

    ouibeaucoup de soucis avec limeware !

    lance ceci stp en attendant :

    lien :
    http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe
    pour télécharger navilog1.exe.

    Choisis Enregistrer

    et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.

    Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
    Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
    (Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).

    Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
    (ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)

    Patiente jusqu'au message :
    *** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
    Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
    Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport dans ta réponse. Referme le blocnote.
    Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)

      mai navilog ne fonctionne pas comme j'ai dit, je sais pas ce qui se passe ...

        d'ailleur un ami a moi pense que ce serais un antivirus mafia, il a eu le meme probleme sauf qu'il n'avais pas le message qui lui disai que les mise a jour avait ete desactiver et il a utiliser les programme "Rogue remover free" et "symantec". apres cela son probleme aurais disparu ... me les conseiller vous ? =S

          lance ceci alors (nang jamais conseillé norton moi !)

          1) Imprime ces instructions ou copie les sur bloc note car il faudra fermer toutes les fenêtres et applications lors de l'installation et de l'analyse.

          2) Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) et enregistre le sur ton bureau à partir de ce lien :

          https://www.malwarebytes.com/

          3) A la fin du téléchargement, ferme toutes les fenêtres et programmes, y compris celui-ci.

          4) Double-clique sur l'icône Download_mbam-setup.exe sur ton bureau pour démarrer le programme d'installation.

          5) Pendant l'installation, suis les indications (en particulier le choix de la langue et l'autorisation d'accession à Internet). N'apporte aucune modification aux réglages par défaut et, en fin d'installation, vérifie que les options Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware sont cochées.

          6) MBAM démarrera automatiquement et enverra un message demandant à mettre à jour le programme avant de lancer une analyse. Comme MBAM se met automatiquement à jour en fin d'installation, clique sur OK pour fermer la boîte de dialogue. La fenêtre principale de MBAM s'affiche :

          7) Dans l'onglet analyse, vérifie que "Exécuter une analyse rapide" est coché et clique sur le bouton Rechercher pour démarrer l'analyse.

          8) MBAM analyse ton ordinateur. L'analyse peut prendre un certain teps. Il suffit de vérifier de temps en temps son avancement.

          9) A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche indiquant la fin de l'analyse. Clique sur OK pour poursuivre.

          10) Si des malwares ont été détectés, leur liste s'affiche.
          En cliquant sur Suppression (?) , MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.

          11) MBAM va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Ferme le bloc-note. (Le rapport peut être retrouvé sous l'onglet Rapports/logs)

          12) Ferme MBAN en cliquant sur Quitter.

                  Oui il était pas bon mais c'est mieux. Il a détecté et supprimé 6809 fichiers infecté. Maintenant fais ceci:

                  1) Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.

                  *Télécharge et installe Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
                  *http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe
                  *A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option « mettre a jour Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware » soit cochée. >>> clique sur OK
                  *Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware en double-cliquant sur l'icône sur ton Bureau.
                  *Au premier lancement, une fenêtre t'annonce que la version est Free >>> clique sur OK
                  *Laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger

                  *** Referme le programme ***

                  2) Redémarre en "Mode sans échec"

                  Au redémarrage de l'ordinateur, une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir qui apparaît rapidement, appuie sur la touche [F8] (ou [F5] sur certains pc) jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows.
                  Sélectionner "Mode sans échec" et appuie sur [Entrée]
                  Il faudra choisir ta session habituelle, pas le compte "Administrateur" ou une autre.

                  Ouvre le fichier texte sauvegardé sur le Bureau afin de suivre les instructions comme il faut.

                  *Onglet "Recherche" >>> coche Exécuter un examen complet >>> Rechercher sélectionne tes disques durs puis clique sur Lancer l’examen
                  *A la fin du scan >>> clique sur Afficher les résultats puis sur Enregistrer le rapport
                  *Suppression des éléments détectés >>>> clique sur Supprimer la sélection
                  *S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer >>> clique sur "Yes"

                      tiens apres le reboot, pas de message disant que les mise a jour auto on ete desactiver, mais un autre message me disant qu'un DLL n'a pas pu se demarer, le fichier etais introuvable ... serais-ce le virus qui a demander une info que j'aurai supprimer ?
                      a oui je peux reavoir le gestionnaire des tache et pour internet j'ai plus de nouvelle fenetre avec un quelconque antivirus ... peut-etre que je l'aurais eu ? =D
                      enfin je reste sur mes garde on sait jamais ...

                      bon je laisse quand meme en irresolu au cas ou ... je veux verifier qu'il n'y ai plus de probleme du tout ... je vais verifier pendant 2 ou 3 semaine au cas ou =)

                        salut

                        comment se comporte ton pc ?

                        t'avais pleins de merdes!!!! lance clean au passage ,

                        Télécharge « clean.zip »
                        http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip
                        •- Décompresse-le sur ton bureau (clic droit / extraire tout), tu dois obtenir un dossier dénommé "clean ".

                        •- Redémarre en mode sans échec. ( note bien ce que tu as à faire ).
                        •- Ouvre le dossier « clean » qui se trouve sur ton bureau.
                        •- Double-clic sur « clean.cmd ».
                        Une fenêtre noire va apparaître, choisis l’option 2.

                        Clean va travailler.
                        •- Redémarre normalement
                        •- Poste qui se trouve ici C:\rapport_clean.txt.

                        (- Où est le rapport clean ? : « Poste de travail » / double clic sur disque « C / » double-clic sur « rapport_clean.txt » et « copier/coller le contenu » sur le forum. )

                        ensuite poste 1 hijackthis stp:

                        pour télécharger le fichier d'installation d'HijackThis.

                        Enregistre HJTInstall.exe sur ton bureau.

                        Double-clique sur HJTInstall.exe pour lancer le programme

                        Par défaut, il s'installera là :
                        C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis

                        Accepte la license en cliquant sur le bouton "I Accept"

                        Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file"

                        Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note

                        Clique sur "Edition -> Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Edition -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport

                        Colle le rapport que tu viens de copier sur ce forum

                        Ne fixe encore AUCUNE ligne, cela pourrait empêcher ton PC de fonctionner correctement
