Bonjour,je me connecte a internet grace a un modem 56K,mais ma connexion est impossible tant que la vitesse est supérieure a 40Kbit/s, et lorsqu'elle y est supérieure, ma connexion coupe ou cela fait comme si je n'était pas connecté.Et meme lorsque ma connexion est a 40 ou inférieure,cela arrive que sa coupe sans raison apparente.
Je n'y connait pas grand chose en informatique donc se serait sympa si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider.

Le problème c'est que Windows prend 40Kbites de ta connexion pour lui et il y a une solution mais je l'ai oublié je vais chercher dans mes bloc notes ;)

Re alors désinstalle tous tes logiciel de sécurité. Et installe AntiVir,Malwarebytes Anti-Malware,Ccleaner et active le pare-feu Vista.

Ce n'est pas possible qu'il y ai quelquonque virus, spyware...puisque je vient d'avoir un problème justement avec cela et celui-çi est régler grace a plusieur petit logiciel commeCcleaner,hijack this,navilog et tout a été supprimer.

Très bien j'ai finit de tout télécharger...enfin!!!,et j'attend tes instructions mais ne soit pas surpris si je ne répond pas jusqu'a mercredi car il est fort possible que je soit absent jusqu'a ce jour.Je m'efforcerait de faire ce que tu me demande le plus tot possible.

re ok. Tu fais un scan en mode sans échec avec AntiVir. Tu lances le scan et si il détecte un virus (normalement oui) tu cliques sur "delete" et "apply sélection to all following détections. (pour qu'il le supprimes automatiquement). A la fin du scan tu cliques sur "report" tu redémarre en mode normal puis tu me postes le rapport.
Mode sans Echec:
Au redémarrage de l'ordinateur, une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir qui apparaît rapidement, appuie sur la touche [F8] (ou [F5] sur certains pc) jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows.
Sélectionner "Mode sans échec" et appuie sur [Entrée]
Il faudra choisir ta session habituelle, pas le compte "Administrateur" ou une autre.

J'ai malgré tout toujour des difficultée de connexion et la vitesse n'est toujour pas supérieure a 40Kbit/s.
Sache que je suis en bas débit sans ADSL et que ce genre de scan ou il faut commencé par mettre tout a jour, cela a pris 3H avec bitdefender et long et fastidieux donc voila.Je te dit juste cela comme sa mais ce genre de chose occupe la ligne téléphonique et c'est pour cela que je t'en fait part.

1) Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.
*Télécharge et installe Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
*http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe
*A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option « mettre a jour Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware » soit cochée. >>> clique sur OK
*Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware en double-cliquant sur l'icône sur ton Bureau.
*Au premier lancement, une fenêtre t'annonce que la version est Free >>> clique sur OK
*Laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger
*** Referme le programme ***
2) Redémarre en "Mode sans échec"
Au redémarrage de l'ordinateur, une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir qui apparaît rapidement, appuie sur la touche [F8] (ou [F5] sur certains pc) jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows.
Sélectionner "Mode sans échec" et appuie sur [Entrée]
Il faudra choisir ta session habituelle, pas le compte "Administrateur" ou une autre.

J'ai fait l'analyse et aucun rapport ne m'a été proposer.Cependant, rien n'avait été détecté mais si il te faut vraimùent un rapport je recommancerait en essayant d'obtenir un rapport.

c'est fait, sa n'a pas pris beaucoup de temps je l'avait fait récement. Et encore merci de m'aider a ce problème visiblement tordu...
Ok ouvre "Ccleaner" vas dans l'onglet "Option" puis "Avancé" puis décoches "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures.". Puis vas dans l'onglet "Nettoyeur" fais "Analyse" puis "Lancer le nettoyage". Puis vas dans l'onglet "Registre" puis fait "Chercher des erreurs" puis "Réparer les erreurs sélectionnée". Tu refais tous ca 4-5 fois.
Désolé, mais malgré le passage de CCleaner aucun changement n'est apparu.
Ce n'est pas fini:
*Allez sur le poste de travail
*Cliquez sur disque C:\ (c'est le disque ou se trouve votre système d'exploitation)
*Ensuite cliquez sur le dossier Windows C:\Windows
*ouvrez le dossier prefetch C:\Windows\prefetch (Tu fais Edition,Selectionner tout, puis avec ton clavier tu cliques sur Sppr)
*Supprimez tous les fichiers de ce dossier.
*Puis vide la corbeille.
*Allez sur le poste de travail
*Cliquez sur disque C:\ (c'est le disque ou se trouve votre système d'exploitation)
*Ensuite cliquez sur le dossier Windows C:\Windows
*ouvrez le dossier prefetch C:\Windows\prefetch (Tu fais Edition,Selectionner tout, puis avec ton clavier tu cliques sur Sppr)
*Supprimez tous les fichiers de ce dossier.
*Puis vide la corbeille.
