[crash sous vista] Est-ce lié à un virus ?

Bonjour à tous,

Depuis peu de temps mon PC me joue des tours, il arrive par moment que le curseur se bloque à l'écran et après impossible de faire quoi que ce soit, plus aucune touche ne répond et je ne peux plus non-plus utiliser la souris. Même le bon vieux Ctrl+Alt+Suppr ne fait strictement rien. Je suis donc obligé bien malgré moi de faire un reset manuellement.

Dans le doute j'ai nettoyé à fond mon PC avec Anti-Vir, Avast!, Spybot, et Ad aware 2007 (je sais autant d'anti-virus ça fait un peu parano ^^). Résultat : rien du tout, juste 2 ou 3 cookies.

J'ai donc demandé un scan à Hijackthis, et il m'indique une ligen que je trouve susspecte (ligne 013)

Non rien du tout, pas de code d'erreur, le curseur se bloque et puis l'écran reste figé, je ne peux plus rien faire. Donc je reset parce que je ne vois pas d'autres solution.

heu pas tout le temps mais disons 1 fois tous les 2 jours, ce qui est assez pénible quand je travaille.

et non, je ne fais rien de spécial, ça arrive des fois que je suis sous Word en train de rédiger, quand j'entre des données excel, même une fois quand je faisais un solitaire pour me détendre ; ça n'a pas l'air de dépendre du programme c'est ça qui me semble super bizarre.

alors j'ai mis tout ça à jour ... et ça ne change rien, il continue de planter, j'y comprend vraiment rien, est-ce possible que ce soit un problème de mémoire vive ?

de memeoire vive aussi, regarde si elle est egale a 1.5x la taille de ta ram

mais en tout cas, moi aussi j'ai des crash sous vista,, le dernier n'etait pas un ecran bleu mais "rouge" ;-][



ca pourrait etre aussi la memoire tout simplement!!

j'ai 2046Mo de mémoire vive, mais je ne sais pas trop ce que ça vaut, je pense que c'est suffisant à priori

pour la température c'est vrai qu'à être allumé toute la journée, ça ne métonnerais pas qu'elle monte un peu, mais pourtant il n'a pas l'air trop chaud.
