Hello,
I just installed PhotoImpact 13
but it is in English. is there a software or something to make it French.
also it doesn’t work when I’m in 800x600 mode.

For 800x600 if that's the size of the image, you need to shrink it with Photo filter.
Otherwise well I have PhotoImpact x3 in English, I'm not a pro at English but I still know how to use this software

This is PhotoImpact XL; there is almost no difference with X3.
