Vundo indélogeable

Bonjour à tous,

J'aurais bien besoin de vos aides, n'étant pas callé en informatique.

Je viens d'installer l'antivirus Avast, qui dès son premier scan m'a détecté ceci : Trojan Vundo.

Après l'avoir mis +/- une dixaine de fois en quarantaine et tenté de le supprimé, je me suis rendu à l'évidence : c'est pas comme ca que je l'aurais....

en recherchant un peu, j'ai trouvé un logiciel du nom de Vundo Fix 7.0, qui après scan me dit que mon PC est nickel, rien à supprimé mais avast n'a pas l'air d'etre du meme avis..... :(

Donc si quelqu'un dans l'assemblée avait la solution, ca m'aiderai plus que bien

        ok on commence par ceci stp :

        telecharge et instal btfix sur ce lien :

        puis lance la recherche et supprime

        poste moi le rapport s il te plait

            fais ceci :

            Fais un scan avec cet antispyware :

            Telecharge malwarebytes + tutoriel :

            -> https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/

            Tu l´instale; le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour.

            Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression".

            Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examun complet".

            Puis click sur "rechercher".

            Laisse le scanner le pc...

            Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection.

            si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes".

            A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.

            Copie et colle le rapport stp.

              ensuite en le rédémarrant, pour vérifier que tout était parti, je l'ai refait une seconde fois ,

              il m'en a trouvé un autre mais le nom n'avait pas l'air d'etre vundo

                va dans l onglet quarataine et supprime tout

                ensuite refas un scann hijackthis et post le rapport stp

                    pour les supprimer tu les coches ensuite tu clic sur fix checked

                    ensuite désinstal java car pas a jours et telecharge et instal cette version :

                    ensuite fais ça :

                    Télécharge Clean:

                    -> http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip

                    -> Dézippe tout le contenu dans un dossier que tu auras cré au préalable (sur ton bureau par exemple). Double clic sur clean ou clean.cmd choisie l'option 1.

                    Un rapport va s'ouvrir, copie et colle le contenu sur le forum.

                      dis j'ai essayé mais il me met acces refusé à chaque fois,

                      deplus, visiblement le Pc est débarassé du Virus vundo

                      donc je pense que je vais arreter les scans, étant donné qu'il me parait clean à present grace à toi,
