In InDesign, to create a PDF, I want to add a tooltip on a link (without an actual URL link, just a bubble that pops up when hovering over it) - how can I do that?

From InDesign, I don't really see how to do it...
From Acrobat "Pro" or rather "Adobe Designer", you need to declare the link as a text field without input and add the comments in the tooltip area. It's not really a conventional use of the function, but it should work... however, I don't know if there is a text limit for the tooltip.
