Hello,
I have exactly the same problem as a lot of people for about a month now..
an error message appears as soon as I start my computer:

windows - no disk
exception processing message c0000013 parameters 75afbf9c 4 75afbf9c 75afbf9c
cancel retry continue

it is impossible to close it, but the most frustrating thing is that it quite regularly crashes the computer..
I've been visiting all sorts of forums for two days now in search of an effective solution, but it’s been unsuccessful..
everyone suggests different solutions, but none of them work for my case.. =(
please help me, it’s really becoming frustrating..
thank you in advance.. =)
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

You need to uninstall all drives (CD, DVD, etc.)
Close and restart the PC.
Upon restarting, the PC reinstalls the drives.
In fact, it's a bug: at one point, the PC looks for a drive that doesn't exist.
You can also restore your PC to an earlier date...

Hello!
So I also got this awesome message and I'm not very good with computers either, so my questions might seem dumb but question no. 1: how do I uninstall the drivers? I can't find anything that seems to correspond to the drivers in "add/remove programs":S
And question no. 2: How do I restore my PC to an earlier date?

Otherwise, I tried the solution of uninstalling QuickTime and it didn't work...

Thanks in advance!!

I have the same problem on XP Pro as well. When I plug my USB key into any PC, the following message appears: "No disk exception processing message c0000013 parameters 75afbf9c 4 75afbf9c 75afbf9c." The problem is that when I click on cancel, nothing happens; nothing happens when I click on continue or retry. Please help me.

Hello,
I had the same issue, it was due to QuickTime looking for a disk that doesn't exist. I deleted QuickTime and now it's fine.
Try doing the same thing to see.

click three times on cancel... and it will disappear... but it will come back in a moment.

Thank you to Magali, I also had the same issue "no disk exception processing message...", I definitely had QUICKTIME and I uninstalled it, and now there's no more problem. Thanks again ;-)

thank you thank you.. =)
but.. is it just as easy to reinstall it as it is to uninstall it??..
because since I'm not really tech-savvy, I'm a bit afraid I won't know how to reinstall it, and therefore make a big mistake.. =D

Nothing is working anymore, I've tried all the suggestions without any result. The problem is with the USB key itself, because every time I plug it into a PC, the same message appears. It disgusts me.

Hello,

I believe it is not necessary to uninstall the drive(s).
In this case, another alternative may solve this problem.
Open This PC. Select a CD/DVD drive, right-click, click on Properties, click on Hardware, select another CD/DVD drive from the list, click on Properties, click on Volume, click on Populate.
If the problem comes from this drive, the operation will fail (freeze), at that point, press CTRL + ALT + DEL,
the Task Manager window will appear, in the Applications window, select the line of the problematic message, and click on End Task.
- If, on the contrary, the drive you selected populates normally, proceed with the same operation on the 2nd CD/DVD drive.

Hello

I had a problem starting Windows XP Pro SP3, it always told me No disk Exception processing message C0000013 Parameters 75afbf9c 4 75afbf9c.

After struggling and searching on the NET, I did:
Explorer\Folder Options\View\Show hidden files and folders and
unchecked Explorer\Folder Options\View\Hide protected operating system files
Then I could see in C:\ that my Autoexec.bat and Config.sys files from my boot disk were copied onto it.
After deleting them and rechecking the View Options, I restarted the computer and I no longer had this issue.

Moreover, I couldn't read anymore using the DIR command, which always told me Files Not Found,
it should be noted that in the Autoexec.bat file there was Dircmd=0 and the path was directed to the A:\ disk.

There you go, I don't know if this will help you, but for me it was just as simple as that.

a solution that worked for me:
- download Kaspersky and scan >>> it will find the beasttttttttt!!!
- note: you will have to agree to remove your current antivirus, but since it hasn't seen anything!!! pfffft
this problem happened to me after opening a "folder" supposedly sent by a friend!!!
also check: c:\progra~1\WI1F86~1\MESSEN~1\msgsc~1.dll
good luck!!

I'm repeating myself, but you need to scan your computer with Kaspersky; it's a virus. Moreover, it will probably find other infections as well. Good luck!!!

Hello
and apart from downloading this program, is there no other way to do it?
I have Avast as my antivirus and it's bothering me to uninstall it.

And what is the source of this thing?

Hello, I caught this on MSN (it's a real virus nest!) I had Avast but it really isn't worth much. To be honest, you can do like me, uninstall Kaspersky and put your Avast back! Honestly, now I'm using Antivir and I'm very satisfied. There you go.

Hello, I had the same problem. After many fruitless searches, I realized it was coming from my external SD card reader. I unplugged it (USB port) and I'm no longer getting that message. If it can help you, great!!!

Re! It's the free version. Check on Google. I remember that I couldn't do it at first. Type in Kaspersky free. You need to uninstall or disable your Avast before checking the firewall too. See you!

I have the same problem. I have already identified that my issue comes from my SFR 3G connection key. When I remove it, I no longer receive any messages.
Resetting the key doesn't change anything.
So I am also looking for a solution.

I have a 3G connection key that contains a memory card. I resolved the problem by uninstalling the USB Storage Mass driver of my HUAWEI modem, and it works for me.
