Petit problème au démarrage de windows

Bonjour,
J'ai un problème à chaque fois que j'ouvre une cession, il y a une fenêtre qui s'ouvre tout le temps, c'est la fenêtre "à propos de windows" avec marqué également "mémoire physique disponible" . Que dois-je faire pour arrêter ça?

    Je vais essayer à travers un rapport hijackthis.

    Télécharge hijackthis, installe le.
    Tu fais un scan with log. Un rapport s'ouvrira à la fin de scan, tu copies le contenu (CTRL+C), et tu le colles sur ta prochaine réponse (CTRL+V).

    Si tu n'as pas besoin du logiciel de l'imprimante HP, désinstalle le, garde seulement le pilote de l'imprimante. Et envoie un autre rapport.

    Menu démarrer>exécuter>tape msconfig et valide
    Onglet démarrage>cherche une case avec un nom winver décoche la et redémarre ton PC. Au prochain redémarrage, tu auras une fenêtre avec une petite case en bas, tu la coches, et tu valides, ça devrait marcher.

    Je n'est pas de case à décocher intitulée winver, par contre j'en ai une ou ya rien d'écris sauf l'emplacement qui est HKLM/SOFTWARE...

    Pour kajumiba,
    En fait c'est la fenetre "à propos de windows" avec marqué quelle version c'est, n° de licence, contrat de licence et la mémoire dispo.

    L'emplacement de la case inconnue est HKLM/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVer..., du moins c'est tout ce que je peut voir !!

    Tu relances hijackthis, tu fais un scan sans log, tu coches cette ligne:

    O4 - HKLM\..\Policies\Explorer\Run: [jES5bgO0UX] C:\WINDOWS\system32\winver.exe

    puis tu clic sur fix, en bas de l'écran, tu acceptes le message qui s'affiche, puis tu redémarres ton PC, ça devrait marcher.

    ça c'est pour le message a propos de windows au démarrage, mais j'ai découvert que tu es infecté par un trojan, et ton problème ne deviendra plus petit.
    D'abord, on va voir si le problème initial est réglé, puis je vais essayer de t'aider avec le problème de virus, alors à tout de suite.

      slt, je viens de me rendre compte qu'en ouvrant la cession d'un autre utilisateur il avait des fenetres qui s'ouvraient aussi automatiquement mais pas celle de winver. C'est un truc comme ca:

      Veuillez patienter pendant que windows configure HP Smart Web Printing
      Collecte des informations en cours...

      Et il-y-a aussi le poste de travail qui s'ouvre tout seul, que dois-je faire, un nouveau scan hijack mais sur le compte de cet utilisateur??
