Samsat remote control blocked

Hello,
While navigating through the menus of my Samsat fta 200 set-top box, I locked the remote control and since there are no other buttons than "Ch" on the receiver, I'm stuck with configuring it as well.
Could someone please help me?
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.14

      Hello,

      You can purchase the remote control at www.samsat.fr. The remote control for the Samsat 90 HD Titan is the same as the one for the Samsat 200 FTA.
