Ok bon tu coches toutes ces cases:

Après tu vas dans exécuter, et tu tapes CMD.

Et après tu appuies sur ENTER.

Télécharge ensuite Navilog.
http://www.netcodeur.com/wp-content/navilog11.exe

Tu choisis F et tu appuies sur ENTER.
Après tu choisis l'option 1.

Le scan peut durer 10 minutes.
N'utilise pas ton PC pendant ces 10 minutes.

Après un message s'affichera dans l'invite de commandes et une fenêtre du bloc-note apparaîtra.
Copie/colle le contenu de la fenêtre du bloc-note.

Désolée navilog ne fonctionne pas sous vista, j'avais omis de te le préciser
j'ai fait tout ce que tu as dit avant de telecharger navilog, je fais quoi maintenant

Dans ce cas utilise Spybot...

Dommage Navilog détecte bien les rootkits et est l'un des seuls à pouvoir les supprimer!

Mais Windows Vista ne prend plus en charge MS-DOS du tout apparemment.


Sinon, Navilog, c'était juste pour vérifier.

Ce que tu as fait avant était obligatoire maintenant utilise simplement spybot.

désolée pour hier soir mais c'était trop tard pour moi 
je me lève à 5h30, donc je n'arrive pas à télécharger spybot non plus mais mon fils va le faire via son pc et je te tien au courant en fin de journée.

j'ai fait une analyse by hijack this ce matin et seul :

Shadow tu as l'air de bien maitriser alors j'ai besoin de ton aide!!!
Voilà j'ai apres avoir fait un nettoyage de disque toujours ce fichier qui reste. {8FFBE65D-2C9C-4669-84BD-5829DC0B603C}
Peux tu me dire ce que c'est et me dire comment le supprimer définitivement, en antivirus j'ai avast, c clenaer, ad aware 2007 malgré tous cela je ne peux pas m'en debarrasser, je pense que c'est un fichier avec cheval de troie mais pas sur.
