Ralentissement PC anormal

Bonjour à tous,

Mon PC a anormalement ralentit depuis quelques temps et assez subitement. Un (voir deux trois) processus iexplore.exe tourne en prenant beaucoup de mémoire. J'ai lu que ce pouvait être la scource de ce probléme.
L'explorateur windows ferme au bout de quelques secondes sans raison.

J'ai fais un log sur HijackThis.exe comme c'est souvent conseillé. Mon antivirus ne vois rien.
Est-ce que quelqu'un y verrais la cause de mon probléme?

Donc si je comprend bien il ne detecte rien?
Donc ce n'est pas obliger que il y ai un Virus sur ton PC.Sinon je ne voit rien de méchant dans ton rappor Hijackthis.
Bon,si ton PC ralentit ca peut étre plusieurs cause :
-Virus
-Beaucoup trop de programmes installeés.
-Trop de programme charger au demarrage de Windows.
-Les Antivirus peuvent également étre la cause du ralentisement.
Bon,pour booster ton PC commence par déssinstaller les programmes inutiles.
Pour ca faire va dans :
Demarrer > Panneau de configuration > Ajouter ou supprimer des programmes.
Alors,pour que les applications s'execute plus rapidement il faut défragmenter souvent.
Pour ce faire:
Demarrer > Tous les programmes > Accessoires > Outils systeme > Défragmenteur.
Voila,si tu a un autre probleme dit le nous.

Je voies que avant tu avais Norton tu l'as mal désinstallé fais ceci.

1) Téléchargez l'outil de désinstallation Norton pour Vista. ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/francais/removal_tools/Norton_Removal_Tool.exe

2) Sur le bureau Windows, cliques deux fois sur l'icône Norton Removal Tool.

3) Suis les instructions à l’écran.
L'ordinateur pourra être redémarré plusieurs fois et tu seras peut-être invité à répéter certaines étapes après le redémarrage.

J'ai fais la désintallation de Norton comme boy94450 tu me l'a conseillé.
Les fenêtres de l'explorateur de fichier windows ferment toujours au bout de quelques secondes.
Du coup je peux plus faire grand chose. Et le ralentissement est vraiment énorme sur le chargement des pages internet.

Ba ca tu sais c'est de ta faute et la faute a personne d'autre car c'est toi qui a le PC entre les mains.
Fait comme j'ai dit,et ca devrai aller déja mieu.

Oui alors je ne sais pas si tu as le temps maintenant mais tu me faire une analyse avec BitDefender stp tu supprime tous ceux qu'il trouvent et si possible peux tu me poster un rapport stp.

OK je vais lancer ça tout de suite,
est qu'il faut que j'analyse en même temps les disques durs externes que j'utilise occassionnellement sur le PC?
