Well, you're not doing much to respond with nice stuff!! ;-))

The shortcut is on the desktop. You need to go to Explorer in Documents and Settings and
search for the right desktop: yours or "all users". Right-click on the "desktop" folder and you should
see an "open command prompt here" option. Otherwise, you have to open a cmd and navigate through
the directories. When you're on the right "desktop", do DIR /a to see what it gives...

Alright, I tried again.
With the command prompt on the right "desktop", DIR gives you a name '.lnk' (without the quotes).
You type DEL " for the dummy character, redo Alt+0160, add .lnk" and off you go.

On your unnamed icon, right-click, properties, "general" tab.
info location: select and copy the "path" where the shortcut is located.

start, programs, accessories, command prompts.
At the spot where the cursor is blinking, right-click, paste. The cursor is at the end of the line.
add (without space) \ followed by your Alt+0160 followed by .lnk"
then go back to the beginning of the line (after the ">" and insert DEL + a space + "

You should have a command like:
DEL "<I:\Documents and Settings\your account\Desktop\ .lnk" or
DEL "<I:\Documents and Settings\All users\Desktop\ .lnk"

Hit enter on that.

For you, no documents and settings, I hadn't seen that you were on Vista....
the folder must be called "users" or "utilisateurs" if it's in French.

I suppose you found the "path" of the shortcut as I indicated in the properties general tab...
Your Windows account, is it "user"?
If you go to the command prompt (like the last image you sent)
and type DIR what do you get?
and by doing DIR /a?

You can also try something else:
In the same command window, type cd \
on the left it will remain C:\>
type DIR "  +Alt+160 .lnk" /s
As the character appears as a blank it should look like
DIR ".lnk" /s

It will search for this name on the entire C: drive
If it doesn't find it, it's a problem...
If it finds it, let me know where
