virus sur portable sous Vista, détecté par avats!, mais pas de solution : pas d'affichage de bureau, barre des tâches...etc seulement fenêtre d'explorateur ouverte au démarrage...la restauration système n'a fonctionner qu'une seule fois, ensuite même constat.

Re alors désinstalle tous tes logiciel de sécurité. Et installe AntiVir,Malwarebytes Anti-Malware et active ton pare-feu Vista.

c'est fait,
j'ai redémarré le pc,
Avast avait mis en quarantaine ce virus : Win32 trojan-gen{vb}
pb non résolu
que conseilles-tu à présent ?

L'info concernant la mise en quarantaine par Avast! de "Win32 trojan-gen{vb} " c'était avant notre conversation
là je suis au point mort...

Salut pour Vista je te conseille:

*AntiVir comme gratuit mais identique qu'un payant.
*Kaspersky comme payant.

MAIS JE TE CONSEILLE QUAND MÊME ANTIVIR.

j'ai refait un scan en mode sans échec, et cette fois ça a fonctionné, jette à un oeil au rapport :

est-ce que je suis tiré d'affaire ? merci pour ton aide ! bien noté pour Antivir, je le conserve!

Oui il a supprimé 3 virus. Maintenant fais un scan en ligne avec Internet Explorer.

sur le site que tu me conseilles, c'est indiqué que la compatibilité avec vista est en cours de développement ...
Tu n'as pas un autre scan online à me conseiller ???
