I have someone who hasn't logged in for ages and I've lost track of her!!!
And it turns out she has an address that I don't have from another friend I've lost touch with (phew!)

You can send an email to the person to ask for the address
if they log in or just check their emails...
otherwise, you need to call either the first person or the other

There are certainly other ways to reconnect with these two people.
The first is to search the Internet for their first and last names; they may be registered on sites like Facebook or other social networks (that's just a hypothesis), or possibly under a pseudonym, that of your friend.
The second is to ask a mutual friend.
