Pc qui rame,plante

Bonjour,
voila depuis hier mon Pc rame enormement(mais ce n'est qu'a certain moment,c'est un peut au hasard)j'ai fais un scan avec avast,AVG et spybot:rien
j'ai defragmenter le disque dur,nettoyer avec ccleaner:toujours pareil
et la je viens de faire un autre scan avec antivir,mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi il m'indique 5 warning,de quoi s'agit il?
